Yesterday at noon, after making merit at the temple, we decided to have lunch at Ronkhao Café & Restaurant. As usual, we discovered this charming place through TikTok! Located just 20 minutes away from the temple, it was the perfect spot to continue our relaxing day. 🌾✨

When we arrived at Ronkhao Café & Restaurant, we were amazed by how expansive the place was. It features not only a restaurant but also a learning center dedicated to showcasing the traditional way of life in old Phuket. From rice farming and rubber tapping to tin mining and buffalo raising, the exhibits highlight the daily lives of the past. We were excited to explore all of this, but first, we decided to have lunch since we hadn’t eaten anything all morning. 🌾🐃🍛

We walked over to the restaurant, a single-story building with a high roof beautifully thatched with grass leaves. The roof was adorned with woven buffalo-shaped decorations, symbolizing the heritage of the place. The sides of the restaurant were completely open, reflecting the traditional architecture of the past. This design allowed for a natural breeze to flow through, making the space cool and comfortable without the need for air conditioning. 🐃🌾✨

We chose a table by the pond, where the breeze was constant and refreshing. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the serene atmosphere, with a clear view of the lush greenery surrounding the area. The combination of the peaceful water and the natural setting made it a truly relaxing experience. 🌿💦✨

After placing our order, I couldn’t resist taking some photos of the surroundings. As always, I love capturing the beauty of the places I visit, and Ronkhao Café & Restaurant offered so many picturesque spots to admire. 📸✨🌾

It wasn’t long before my drink arrived—a refreshing glass of watermelon smoothie. It was served in an elegant glass and beautifully garnished on top, making it look even more tempting. The vibrant color and presentation added an extra touch of charm to this delightful drink. 🍉🍹✨

Shortly after, the coconut milkshake was served in a tall, elegant glass. It was topped with a generous swirl of white whipped cream, adding a touch of indulgence to its presentation. The taste was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and refreshing! 🥥🍹✨

Then, the food started arriving. The first dish was a plate of French fries, a favorite of my son’s. Crispy and golden, it was the perfect snack to start our meal. 🍟✨

The second dish was fried spring rolls, perfectly crispy on the outside and packed with flavorful fillings. They were absolutely delicious and quickly became a favorite at the table. 🥢✨

The next dish was a fish steak, cooked to perfection. The flavors were incredible, making it a standout item on the menu and a dish we thoroughly enjoyed. 🐟🍴✨

The next dish was fried chicken wings, perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. They were so tasty that it was hard to stop at just one piece! 🍗✨

The final dish was Pad Thai with shrimp, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The balance of sweet, sour, and savory notes made it an absolute delight to eat, and it was the perfect way to round off our meal. 🍤🍜✨

Our visit to Ronkhao Café & Restaurant was truly memorable. From the peaceful ambiance by the pond to the delicious food and beautifully crafted drinks, every moment felt special. The combination of flavors and the charming, traditional setting made this meal one of the highlights of our day. 🌾🍴✨
