Una ayuda para mi madre - A help for my mother

Hola a todos los que hacen vida en esta comunidad, hoy vengo a pedirles una mano amiga para poder ayudar a mi madre que en estos momentos esta pasando por una situacion dificil en cuanto a su salud, desde hace aproximadamente 2 meses empezo a sentir un malestar en su pierna izquierda luego de caminar un tramo de aproximadamente 100 metros, el dolor que siente la obliga a detenerse para descansar la pantorrilla ya que el dolor es agudo, decidi llevarla al cardiologo por su problema de hipertension para un chequeo de rutina y aprovechar de que le revisaran su pierna y ver que podria ser ese problema, resulto ser mas serio de lo que pensabamos y fue remitida a un cirujano cardiovascular ya que el problema de sus piernas podria ser de circulacion o arterial, el dia de ayer, luego de mucho espuerzo logre conseguir el dinero para llevarla a la clinica que fueron 110$ para la consulta y el ECO doppler arterial y lo que arrojo el examen es preocupante, el sistema arterial de su pierna ixquierda esta comprometido, tiene muy poco flujo de sangre a nivel superior y a nivel de la pantorrilla hasta el pies no tiene flujo de sangre, su pierna derecha tambiene sta afectado pero no tan greve como el izquierdo, esto amerita con caracter de urgencia una angiotomografia abdominal y de miembros inferiores esto es para examinar los vasos sanguíneos y los órganos que dichos vasos irrigan en el área abdominal y las piernas. Sirve para detectar qué haya causado el estrechamiento de las arterias hacia las piernas y ayudar a prepararse para intervención endovascular o cirugía, que tiene un costo aqui en la ciudad de Cumaná, estado sucre, Venezuela de 370$ que no tengo y aparte de eso un tratamiento con unas pastillas que la mayoria puedo costear pero hay una que el frasco cuesta aproximadamente 60$, el frasco abarca 25 dias de tratamiento y son 3 meses solo esa pastilla, abajo pueden ver el informe del diagnostico.

It serves to detect what has caused the narrowing of the arteries towards the legs and help prepare for endovascular intervention or surgery, which has a cost here in the city of Cumaná, Sucre state, Venezuela of $370 that I don't have and apart from that a treatment with some pills that most of I can afford but there is one that costs approximately $60 per bottle, The bottle covers 25 days of treatment and is 3 months just that pill, below you can see the diagnosis report.

Diagnostico

Aqui pueden ver el ECO doppler arterial donde se aprecia un flujo de sangre y palpitaciones normales de una pierna con un flujo de sangre normal, se ven los picos de los latidos y aunque en la imagen no se aprecia muy bien, se ve la sangre.

Este es el ECO doppler arterial de la pierna izquierda, se pueden dar cuenta que no hay flujo ni pulso en la pierna y en la imagen no se ve sangre, esta completamente obstruida por el estrechamiento de la arterial principal.

This is the arterial Doppler ultrasound of the left leg, you can see that there is no flow or pulse in the leg and in the image you do not see blood, it is completely obstructed by the narrowing of the main artery.

Estos son los medicamentos para el tratamiento de esta afeccion, el mas caro de estos y que no puedo costear es la Sulodexida que es un tratamiento antitrombotico para evitar que se forme una trombosis y formar nuevos vasos sanguineos que ayuden al flujo sanguineo, este medicamento solo cuesta alrededor de 60$ cada botella para 25 dias de tratamiento y son 3 meses en total que debe ser administrado.

These are the medications for the treatment of this condition, the most expensive of these and that I cannot afford is Sulodexide which is an antithrombotic treatment to prevent thrombosis from forming and form new blood vessels that help blood flow, this medication only costs about $60 each bottle for 25 days of treatment and it is 3 months in total that it must be administered.

yo soy una persona que no suele pedir ayuda cuando es algo para mi, pero por mi madre no dudare nunca en buscar cada medio necesario para ayudarla a vivir una mejor vida, no muchos lo saben pero a mis 18 años yo fui diagnosticado con leucemia linfoblastica aguda comun y mi madre nunca me abandono e hizo hasta lo imposible para que yo pudiera estar aqui hoy a mis 36 años ahora me toca a mi buscar la manera de que ella tenga una mejor calidad de vida, de ante mano muchisimas gracias, cualquier ayuda sera eternamente agradecida.

I am a person who does not usually ask for help when it is something for me, but for my mother I will never hesitate to look for every means necessary to help her live a better life, not many know it but at 18 years old I was diagnosed with common acute lymphoblastic leukemia and my mother never abandoned me and did the impossible so that I could be here today at 36 years old now it is my turn to look for a way for her to have a better quality of life, thank you very much in advance, any help I will be eternally grateful.
