Un saludo amigas y amigos de #SWC y #HIVE el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de freestyle del día sábado. Volví a ir a rio aro después de 2 semanas, esto para practicar los trucos y combos que haré en mi próxima competencia la cual será el día 8 de diciembre. Aunque no me sentía fuerte en tensión de igual forma combine trucos de fuerza con dinámicos y debo decir que me fue mejor que la última vez, a pesar de ser un día malo en cuanto a rendimiento me note muy bien con mi resistencia en los trucos. Conseguí acostumbrarme nuevamente a trucos como doble 360, 360 a 540 logrando Caerlos y combinarlos al primer intento.También volví a lanzar hefestos luego de mucho y aunque si los noté algo pesados, se que en cuestión de días puedo adaptarme nuevamente a el. Al hacer los trucos debo decir que sentí algo de miedo a golpearme esto debido a un mal giro que hice en mi último entrenamiento de freestyle, dónde impacte mi codo contra la barra, cosa que hizo que estuviese varios dias con molestias pero estás 2 semanas me sirvieron para recuperarme bien. Me enorgullece ver qué a pesar de las dificultades que tuve para prepararme para esta competencia pude recuperar en gran medida mi nivel perdido, estoy seguro que podre dar una buena participación.

Although I did not feel strong in tension, I still combined strength tricks with dynamic tricks and I must say that it went better than the last time, despite it being a bad day in terms of performance, I noticed very well with my resistance in the tricks. I managed to get used to tricks like double 360, 360 to 540 again, managing to Fall them and combine them on the first try. I also started throwing hephaestus again after a long time and although I did notice them a little heavy, I know that in a matter of days I can adapt to it again. When doing the tricks I must say that I was somewhat afraid of hitting this due to a bad turn I made in my last freestyle training, where my elbow hit the bar, which caused me to be in discomfort for several days, but these are 2 weeks They helped me recover well. I am proud to see that despite the difficulties I had to prepare for this competition I was able to largely recover my lost level, I am sure I will be able to give a good participation
