Día de empuje ! [ESP - ENG]
Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, en este post les comparto mi entrenamiento del día de ayer el cual realice en el barroso para poder entrenar con @chapy-sw que estaba de cumpleaños. Enfocamos el entrenamiento en hacer empuje, enfocado en fuerza, quise entrenar intentando algunas straddle planche, tambien lanzando handstand push ups libres e intentando combos, me sentía bastante pesado pero a pesar de eso le di con todo lo que tenia en el entrenamiento. Luego de estar 1 hora intentando cosas y entrenando con los muchachos hice una pequeña rutina de fortalecimiento la cual consto de los siguientes ejercicios, de primero hice aguantes de backlever en tuck adv y justo luego de aguantar unos 5 segundos lance 2 presses
y luego 5 segundos más de aguante, hice 4 series de esto. Luego hice 3 series de pike push ups elevadas a rir 1, continue con unas flexiones de lean tambien a rir 1 y con aguante al final y termine haciendo unos pocos estiramientos para relajar el cuerpo. Espero les gusten las fotos !
Hi Hive and SWC hivers, in this post I share with you my workout yesterday which I did at the barroso to be able to train with @chapy-sw who was having a birthday. We focused the workout on doing push ups, focused on strength, I wanted to train trying some straddle planche, also throwing free handstand push ups and trying combos, I felt pretty heavy but despite that I gave it everything I had in the workout. After 1 hour of trying things and training with the guys I did a little strength routine which consisted of the following exercises, first I did backlever holds in tuck adv and right after holding for about 5 seconds I threw 2 presses and then 5 more seconds of backlever holds in tuck adv and then 5 more seconds of backlever holds in tuck adv and then 5 more seconds of backlever holds in tuck adv.
and then 5 more seconds of hold, I did 4 sets of this. Then I did 3 sets of pike push ups elevated to rir 1, continued with some lean push ups also to rir 1 and with hold at the end and finished doing a few stretches to relax the body. I hope you like the pictures !
