OH DIOS MIOOOO 😱😱, jajaja no me salió el musclep up olímpico :(, pero de los fallos uno aprende y perfecciona, hola buenas gente de #SWC, hoy les traigo mis intentos tras intentos.

Acerca del musclep up olímpico, hay veces que uno no consigue lo que uno quiere a la primera, y en si, eso está bien porque si no todo fuera fácil.

Lo fácil es algo que le gusta mucho al que no se esfuerza, y eso para nada es lo mío 💯, ya que si quiero conseguir algo, lo haré con sudor y gloria ✅.

Por eso hice intentos tras intentos, como si fueran repeticiones al fallo, pero consta de 5 intentos por 5 series, me cuesta ya que igualmente, tengo una pequeña molestia en el hombro derecho y me tengo que revisar que es lo que cargo en si.

Pero no es nada que no se pueda curar, de resto en si, no hice de más porque en este post quería enfrascarme en el musclep up olímpico, poco a poco uno va a innovando y sacando cosas nuevas, y no hay nada que un buen calistenico le impida lograrlo 💪🏻🏆.

Regarding Olympic muscle up, there are times when you don't get what you want the first time, and in itself, that's okay because otherwise everything would be easy.

Easy is something that those who don't make an effort really like, and that's not at all my thing 💯, since if I want to achieve something, I will do it with sweat and glory ✅.

That's why I made attempts after attempts, as if they were repetitions to failure, but it consists of 5 attempts for 5 series, it is difficult for me since I also have a small discomfort in my right shoulder and I have to check what I am carrying in itself.

But it's nothing that can't be cured, otherwise, I didn't do too much because in this post I wanted to get involved in the Olympic muscle up, little by little one is going to innovate and bring out new things, and there is nothing that a good calisthenics prevent him from achieving it 💪🏻🏆.
