On this occasion I am writing to you with the purpose of teaching you how to repair leaks in the roof in an ecological way, without having to call waterproofing companies that are very expensive today. In the situation we live in in the country, we need to reduce our expenses and budgets. I give you the solution: do it yourself and reduce a very high budget to one within your reach.
En esta ocasión me dirijo a ustedes con la finalidad de enseñarles cómo reparar filtraciones en el techo de manera ecológica, sin necesidad de llamar a empresas impermeabilizadoras que hoy en día son muy costosas. En la situación que vivimos en el país, necesitamos reducir nuestros gastos y presupuestos. Les doy la solución: háganlo ustedes mismos y reduzcan un presupuesto muy elevado a uno al alcance de sus bolsillos.
To do this, we use a panel of blue soap and a bag of cement. We pour the blue soap panel into a container with water and let it rest overnight.
Para ello, utilizamos una panela de jabón azul y un saco de cemento. Rayamos la panela de jabón azul en un recipiente con agua y la dejamos reposar de un día para el otro.
The next day, we clean the surfaces in the parts where the mantle is raised or the parts where we have leaks, and we prepare the soap mixture.

The mixture is a little liquid, which allows me to cover the cracks well and penetrate small spaces
Mientras sostengo el recipiente con la mezcla de cemento y jabón azul, me preparo para vaciarla en las grietas y fisuras del techo, con cuidado comienzo a verter la mezcla en las grietas, tratando de cubrir toda el área afectada. Once I have poured the mixture, I take the sweeping brush and begin to spread it evenly over the entire area. The brush is perfect for this job, as it allows me to cover the cracks and crevices of the ceiling well without leaving any space uncovered.

While spreading the mixture, I make sure to thoroughly cover all damaged areas, including the corners and edges. Blue soap and cement mixture is perfect for this job as it is easy to apply. After a few minutes of spreading the mixture, I stand back a little to see the result. The mixture has covered all the cracks well.

We apply a little water to keep the temperature of the product low while it solidifies to prevent it from cracking from the intense heat, just enough to lower the heat.

Me gustaría saber cuál es la proporción de cada cosa, cuanto de agua, de jabón y de cemento.

De agua debe ser la misma cantidad que el jabón, y con el cemento se va echando mientras lo mezclas hasta que consigas la consistencia que deseas, así como cuando hacemos arepas.
Buena idea, yo también sé algunos trucos que me enseñaron recientemente, una mezcla entre cemento, pego y polvo de mármol. Excelente trabajo
