Hola, mis queridos compañeros de Emotions & Feelings, es un gusto estar de regreso entre ustedes para compartir mis experiencias con el complejo Mundo emocional.
Nuestro día a día está lleno de eventos, algunos de ellos inesperados, que pueden causarnos mucho estrés emocional y producir en nosotros cargas emocionales.
Navegar constantemente por los recuerdos dolorosos de situaciones no superadas son algunas cargas que nos alejan de disfrutar nuestro presente y llevar una vida tranquila.
Todos los seres humanos estamos expuestos a vivir eventos que marcan nuestro ser, los mismos que van acumulando recuerdos, ideas, emociones que causan mucho malestar en nuestra vida.
Hay días en los cuales me he levantado con cientos de pensamientos que solo se centran en los problemas, preocupaciones que me causan mucho estrés e incluso algunas veces la ansiedad es parte del proceso.

Hello, my dear colleagues of Emotions & Feelings, it is a pleasure to be back among you to share my experiences with the complex Emotional World. Our daily life is full of events, some of them unexpected, that can cause us a lot of emotional stress and produce in us emotional burdens. Constantly navigating through painful memories of situations not overcome are some burdens that keep us away from enjoying our present and leading a peaceful life.
All human beings are exposed to live events that mark our being, the same ones that accumulate memories, ideas, emotions that cause much discomfort in our life. There are days in which I have woken up with hundreds of thoughts that only focus on problems, worries that cause me much stress and sometimes even anxiety is part of the process.
🌹Los Efectos de las Cargas
Cada persona asimila las situaciones cotidianas de forma diferente, sobre todo aquellas que necesitan una solución. El peso emocional surge cuando somos bombardeados por emociones y pensamientos negativos que nos hacen sentir mal.
Toda esta carga negativa de sentimientos empieza a afectarnos a un punto donde nuestra salud llega a emitir síntomas.
Cansancio, desespero, la falta de validar lo que sentimos, genera crisis que algunas veces pueden llegar a derrumbarnos y sentir que no somos capaces de seguir adelante y superar una situación.
El año pasado enfrente muchas situaciones personales donde sufrí de baja autoestima, este tipo de situaciones aparecen en aquellas situaciones que me llevan al límite, todas esas veces me enferme del colon, es una lucha interna donde tienes que soltar todo eso que te oprime, reconocer lo que sientes.
Every person assimilates everyday situations differently, especially those that need a solution. Emotional weight arises when we are bombarded by negative emotions and thoughts that make us feel bad. All this negative load of feelings begins to affect us to a point where our health comes to emit symptoms. Fatigue, despair, lack of validation of what we feel, generates crises that can sometimes bring us down and feel that we are not able to move forward and overcome a situation.
Last year I faced many personal situations where I suffered from low self-esteem, this type of situations appear in those situations that take me to the limit, all those times I got sick of the colon, it is an internal struggle where you have to let go of everything that oppresses you, recognize what you feel.
🌹La importancia de Soltar las Cargas
Antes de soltar es importante reconocer que algo nos está afectando emocionalmente; sin embargo, la mayoría de nosotros ni nos fijamos en que estamos cargados de basura que necesita desprenderse para dejar que la sensación de paz fluya libremente.
Las causas de una carga pueden ser muchas. Cada persona debe ser consciente de su estado emocional. Dar con la raíz del problema puede llevarnos a solucionar conflictos que nos afectan en el presente.
Dejar aquello que nos afecta suena un acto fácil. La verdad es que en algunos casos puede ser muy complicado resolver asuntos relacionados con ese equipaje emocional. Abrirse a la posibilidad de hablar con otras personas sobre aquello que nos afecta es un paso para drenar parte de las cargas.
Before letting go, it is important to recognize that something is affecting us emotionally; however, most of us don't even notice that we are loaded with junk that needs to come off in order to let the feeling of peace flow freely.
The causes of a burden can be many. Each person must be aware of his or her emotional state. Finding the root of the problem can lead us to solve conflicts that affect us in the present. Letting go of what affects us sounds like an easy act. The truth is that in some cases it can be very complicated to resolve issues related to that emotional baggage. Opening up to the possibility of talking to other people about what is affecting us is a step towards draining some of the burdens..

Letting go can be hard. It takes a lot of quiet reflection and time to surrender things that are not ultimately under your control. Personally, I have found that a combination of sharing with those closest to you, spending time in prayer, and seeking out a counselor, combine to provide a wonderful net of support and guidance. Everyone has emotional burden, there are some who have the will to handle while others can't and this leads to trauma and a breakdown. It's important for one to make effort in finding out what burdens them and then find a way to cool off.
