It's mid-April, one week before Easter - the passion week where every day is a celebration. One before the festive excitement of welcoming the great feast.
In every Bulgarian home, preparations are underway for the great feast of Easter. This week I will offer to your attention a light and pleasant pumpkin pie that I prepared at home from a pumpkin that I had .
The pie is prepared without baking and does not take much time different and pleasant to taste

Estamos a mediados de abril, una semana antes de Pascua - la semana de pasión donde cada día es una celebración. Una antes de la emoción festiva de dar la bienvenida a la gran fiesta.

La tarta se prepara sin hornear y no lleva mucho tiempo diferente y agradable al gusto.

Ingredients for the cake:

  • 1000 g / pumpkin
  • 2 cans/ biscuits
  • 250 g / white sugar
  • 500 g / liquid cream
  • 400g/ sour cream
  • 20 g/ raisins
  • 50 g / natural chocolate
  • 50 g/ walnuts

  • 1000 g / calabaza
  • 2 latas / galletas
  • 250 g / azúcar blanco
  • 500 g / nata líquida
  • 400 g / nata agria
  • 20 g / pasas
  • 50 g / chocolate natural
  • 50 g/ nueces

Method of preparation:

  • Boil the pumpkin and make a cream with sugar by beating it well with a mixer.
  • Arrange the biscotti in a baking dish and spread with the pumpkin cream.
  • Beat the liquid cream with a cup of sugar and add the sour cream.
  • Arrange a second tier of biscuits spread again with pumpkin cream and top with sour cream.
  • Finish by decorating with raisin walnuts and chocolate.
  • Place the pastry in the refrigerator for six hours.
  • Serve it chilled.

Modo de preparación:

  • Hervir la calabaza y hacer una crema con el azúcar batiéndola bien con una batidora.
  • Disponer los biscotes en una fuente de horno y untarlos con la crema de calabaza.
  • Batir la nata líquida con una taza de azúcar y añadir la nata agria.
  • Disponer una segunda hilera de bizcochos untados de nuevo con crema de calabaza y cubrir con crema agria.
  • Terminar decorando con nueces pasas y chocolate.
  • Coloque la masa en el frigorífico durante seis horas.
  • Sírvalo frío.
