This league is not based around financial rewards and relates to engagement.
Everyone currently on my master list has a chance here - including those powering down or dealing in delegations over the past couple of weeks.
I've used some metrics relating to:
- Posts (P)
- Comments - number of (C)
- Number of people spoken to (PS)
- Comments - replies to replies - depth > 2 (C R)
- Comments - length in characters (C L)
- Witness votes (W) (for those proxying witness votes, your total is always 30)
- Up-votes to others (V)
- Up-votes to different authors (U V)
- Self-votes - a small minus score for this one, sorry! (S V)

Not bad going at all. If I removed all the bots and pulled the stats for the whole of Steem (not happening as it would take hours!), you'd likely be top 100 or so.
The faded orange means you have 1 STEEM in your account as a reward for placing in the top 20 and not voting on yourself this past week :)
Lol yea with the amount of bots on steem, that would be your weekend gone taking all of those accounts out of the equation 😁 I'll take that to be honest! When I get back from travelling I'll be using the platform more so could squeeze in to the top 10!

I've done it before when ordering by comment/reply text, and I think all of the top 20 for that week appeared in the top 100 on Steem (which is the basis of my prediction above).
The self-vote button will always be there, and if not, many will just vote their alternate accounts :)
Ah right well I'll hold my head up about that then 🙂
I just wonder if there can be a way to link all these alt accounts and stop that behaviour from happening also? I guess people can just create any email address and not link accounts and still upvote... At least it would remove the ability to self upvote... I mean we wouldn't post if we didn't like what we posted right? At least that's my philosophy, call me old fashioned haha

Very tricky to do, but I'm sure some people are keeping a couple of lists..
There are services like anonsteem that don't require an email address, and you could always create an account via a claim (less anon) and so I think we are unlikely to solve this 'issue' anytime soon.

Another good Sunday league table. Thank you Asher looks like I slipped under 4.0 on the curation and tweaking is needed again. I think this table will become more important over the coming months and maybe we will see double figures when 50/50 starts.
I'm looking forward to seeing the table if/when the 50/50 arrives. I suspect curation (or at least the rewards hunting) will move up in the priorities of many. I just hope that the right content is getting more support.

Grazie, mad! Sinceramente, di tenere alta qualsiasi bandiera, non ho nessun interesse in quanto ho la netta sensazione che l'unico scopo delle nazioni sia quello di tenerci separati. Mi sento sempre più cittadino del mondo, quindi per me una bandiera vale l'altra e ciò che veramente importa sono le relazioni umane, l'apertura e l'ascolto verso l'altro.

Hai tante ragioni, l'unica cosa che mi ha spinto a fare quell'affermazione è che spesso ci guardano dall'alto al basso, per cui vedere un po' di tricolore lassù in cima non mi dispiace assolutamente, perché ho la sensazione che un po' troppo spesso quando c'è da pagare noi ci siamo sempre e quando c'è da spartire stiamo a guardare gli altri....

With the high rate of automation on the chain, I feel that initiatives like this are more valuable than their weight in gold. It helps us keep sight of what the utility of Steem actually is ;)

Looks like I am back to running in the middle of the pack, that is okay, a slow week but still active enough for me. I Iove the Alaskan summers, except for when it rains, it has been pretending to be England these last two days, but we needed it, because last weekend was the beginning of the fire season, so a two edged sword, it puts a damper on picture taking, but it does help put out the fires that the lightning started.
It looks like it was a pretty solid and steady week, the weeklies looked good. That is always good. I hope all the fathers enjoy fathers day.

I hope you had a pleasant Father's Day. Mine went pretty good, I think. It's nice to be able to have your family close enough to see them regularly. However, my role as father has been steadily shifting to include grandchildren. I think grandparent's day is celebrated in September here, or something (I say celebrated, but basically it was only through the schools).
Looks like the league numbers go up and they go down. Except for votes. We seem to be doing more upvoting.

I did receive a message from my daughter and that will have to do me until next weekend where I hope to see her. I do wonder how long it will be until I am a grandfather - hopefully not for another decade or so yet!
Settling into the 20's without feeling pressured seems fine to me, whatever suits. The numbers are tricky to predict and this week CL looked pretty low for the top 10, but the remaining 90 picked up the slack for the most part.

Yeah, I would say you don't want your daughter have a child too early. The next few sound like they will be pretty critical for her, moving in and through the teenage years, so I think it's good you'll be nearer to her, because she will probably need the extra love/guidance/trust/whatever positiveness you can bring.
A decade isn't that long to wait, really. They tend to come more speedily than one would want. :)
No I would prefer her not to follow in her mothers and her mothers mothers footsteps. A little more life experience and a look around the planet, and just to enjoy her own life before she has someone else to put first.
Hopefully i'll be able to catch up with her plenty during this chapter. I have already started to notice the decades seemingly passing with greater velocity as the years add up :)

Yes the score has been lowered via the formula over time, but there are less characters each week from the top players too.
