Isn’t converting designs the first thing one learns as a frontend developer before going to logic and stuff?
I don’t know about you but when I was junior I couldn’t do certain things with react native so hell no junior shouldn’t be able to convert designs and functionalities from figma accurately

I know that for web develoent, the first thing you learn is html and css basically converting designs
Are there designs without functionality ??? Like designing onboarding will have to account for data collection
