Quick Sketch: I Made An Anime/Manga Version Of My Student

Hey friends! Tegoshei here and now, I'm going to share to you a sketch which I made a while ago after work.

One of my students who became pretty close with me asked me to do a sketch of her as an anime or manga character.

She's Japanese and she also likes manga. Actually, I was very happy last time we had our class because she told me she likes Bakuman.

Bakuman is an anime/manga about mangaka and this story has always inspired me. When she knew I tried to draw my cousin into an anime/manga version, she requested me to draw her as well... and so I did.

She booked my class tomorrow, so I hopefully I can show this to her. She booked a later class than usual, so I'm not sure whether or not she'll show up. She lives in the US, so it'll be late by that time.

This is just a quick sketch version, but if I have more time, I'd like to sit down and draw for a long time... I still have to find time to finalize my drawing for my cousin. His birthday is fast approaching, but I even haven't found the right reference for the drawing.. lol. Also, my wrist has been hurting these days... maybe because of the mouse? sigh
