My story on the web3 (short version)

When I started creating content for web platforms3, I was terrified to express what I was thinking in front of people I didn't know. I only knew about the existence of social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter and Intagram. I didn't think I could make money doing what I loved: writing.

I started on Steemit, but, in 2019, I didn't know much about the platform, so, don't make money with it, at that time.

So, the first place where I made money with my writings was on Noise Cash, a microblogging platform where you could write and publish photographs, but in exchange for it, you received Bitcoin Cash (BCH). I love that initiative. So I started to give a little of me, bringing something positive to this website. I started by writing reflective texts, which people liked. Some time later, I moved them to Read Cash, where I was also earning Bitcoin Cash (BCH).

Now I'm on several platforms, sharing content on various topics, because I'm multifaceted, and I never limit myself.

So, based on this, I will tell you here everything that the world of content creation has contributed to my life. Something I know, that will help you a lot too.

It improves your self-esteem and security.

I used to be afraid of publishing something and that no one would read me, or worse, that they wouldn't like what I write. I had no self-esteem problems, but like every first time, I felt a little afraid.

As I clicked the "publish" button every day, I kept losing it. To the point of openly giving my opinion on any topic, even, in my personal life.

I believe that creating content gives you something valuable, and that is to help you improve. When you write, record videos, or take photographs, when you look at your work from a year, a month, or weeks ago, you realize that things you want to change.

That's when the best part comes, people start supporting your content. What makes you feel good doing what you love. Your account is also growing, and you along with it.

It helps to acquire skills.

"Anyone who thinks they're only going to have one skill in life has never taken a risk." - A message I just created, very appropriate for the occasion.

When you start creating content, you are gradually learning new things. This derives from the impulse to improve, and therefore, the growth of your community. Being in this creative world, I have learned to make better shots, to design in Canva (something that seemed complicated to me), to write longer texts, to record videos, to advise... If I told you everything I've done, I think I'd never finish, because the creative process is full of so many things that you're going to learn over time.

It teaches you not to limit yourself.

What I mentioned to you, leads me to this point. And is that you should not limit yourself, ever. Here the words that will be your mantra are: I can do it; I'll make it; I love what I do.

Like everything in life, there are ups and downs. So it is the latter who make us resist, because nothing can defeat us, if we believe in ourselves. If you do things with love, and for love, never give up.

You make money.

If you are on the web3, you will earn money for creating content from day one. And if you are on the web2 (conventional social networks) it will take a little longer to generate income. However, in both, it's a win-win, just using your skills. Something that I think is wonderful.

We all started from scratch.

The idea of becoming a millionaire overnight is a myth. We all started from scratch, without resources, without followers, we only have our experiences, knowledge and creativity. So, the growth of communities or brands, just happens, working a little every day.

For this you must be constant, publish even 2 times a week. Sometimes it is better to make 2 quality posts a week. To publish every day, without this not contributing something positive. Over time, people will realize why you are creating content, and according to your content they will follow you. So, be attentive (a) to it.

In the case of Hive Blog, it has various branches (ecosystems), where you can publish all kinds of content, such as dBuzz, Liketu, and many others. So you have the facility to create content on them, which helps you in constancy. In my case, I use Liketu, dBuzz and Leofinance Threads.

Being constant, you will see the fruit of your effort.

An exercise to make quality content.

I usually use a simple exercise, which consists of asking myself, will this help anyone? If the answer is positive, I publish it. And if not, I turn it into something positive, or I just throw it away.

You will have a personal journaling.

A journaling is a habit of doing something every day. It can be writing, reading, drawing, or whatever you want. In my case, my journaling is to write every day, although I don't publish everything.

To do this, I have an app on my phone, the PC and a notebook. In them I write drafts, or full texts. As I write about various things in these places you will see from verses to poems, as ideas for articles.

This is the reason why I write in several blogs on the web3. I do it so I can diversify my content, and not make a strange mix in one place. This is something that I recommend, because with it you will have a more harmonious feed in each of your blogs, because you will be working with a theme in each one.

And if you want to use them as a portfolio, to show which topics you master, it's quite useful. It's like creating multiple blogs on WordPress, only mine are on the web3.

Just, do it!

You won't know what's going to happen if you don't start creating content. I have a motto and it is "he who does not risk, does not win". I use it when I want to do something, but, I don't know if it will turn out well. So, I just do it, and to my surprise, I'm doing great.
