A quick and juicy pan pizza.

We don't order pizza in a restaurant any more, because this simple and quick pizza turned out to be just incredible, and it's also made with ingredients that are almost always available in any fridge.

One evening, I was waiting for my husband from work and wanted to please him with something interesting and something he would definitely like, because he does not eat everything. He is a very selective eater.

I was inspired by a cheese that had been in the fridge for a few days. And I just started imagining what I could make quickly, deliciously, succulently.

I thought of pizza, I didn't have any dough or flour at home, and I honestly don't know what came over me and I came up with this scheme. Maybe I didn't come up with it, but I hadn't seen it anywhere before.

I took white bread, in my case a sliced loaf, removed the crusts. Separately, I beat the eggs with a regular fork and some mayonnaise for flavour.

I mixed it up and got the dough. I didn't salt it or add anything to it, just kneaded it together and left it in the fridge while I cut the filling.

The filling is standard and most delicious. Sausage, tomato and cheese.

I had the sausage in thin slices and the tomato I sliced as pictured. I grated the cheese on a fine grater. Anything will do, as long as it melts, and for it to be faster, I grated it on a fine grater.

I just heated the pan a little, not overheated, so as to have time to distribute the dough in the pan and it will not stick or burn.

Next, I spread the dough on the bottom of the pan; a spoon, which I moistened in water, helped me a lot; if the dough is liquid, you can easily do it with a fork, too; the main thing is to spread it evenly.

Next, it's up to your imagination, any filling will do, but since I have only tomato and sausage, I smeared the future pizza with ketchup completely (without leaving the edges) and tossed there his stuffing and sprinkled a lot of cheese.

Then, on a low heat, at a low temperature, under a closed lid, I cooked.

It's very easy to tell when it's ready. When the bottom of the pizza is browned, it's ready!

It was incredibly tender and juicy pizza!
It cooks quickly, and we ate it even faster.
