Sweet Treats: Japanese Fluffy Pancake

Some time ago when I went to one of the biggest malls in my city, I wanted sweet food, then I saw an iconic restaurant with eye-catching colors and designs. This restaurant is called Pan&Co, which specializes in Japanese Soufle Pancakes with various flavors. So, I decided to go in and try their Pancake Soufle.

This restaurant is basically a dessert cafe which sells soufflé pancakes in sweet variants, but they also provide other main menus such as rice and others. The design of this restaurant is simple and unique, like restaurants in malls in general but still has its own characteristics by using a bright yellow color so that fans or other visitors can easily find it. For the size of the restaurant in the mall, this restaurant is quite spacious with lots of tables and benches provided.

Japanese Fluffy Pancake

Because this restaurant's specialty is soufle pancakes and I wanted sweet food, so I ordered their best seller menu, namely Soufle Pancake Tiramisu with Vanilla Ice Cream. From where I was sitting I could smell the aroma of soufflé pancakes being baked, the aroma was very tempting.

Once served, the appearance of the Soufle Pancake Tiramisu with Vanilla Ice Cream is very beautiful and tempting. Served with separate coffee and ice cream and also pieces of strawberry, so that we pour the coffee ourselves onto the pancake which has been coated with fla and also sprinkled with cocoa powder, creating a unique sensation before eating this soufle pancake. The portion is quite large, one portion consists of two soufflé pancakes stacked together, I think this menu can be shared with friends.

The combination of cocoa powder and coffee that is poured over these pancakes is perfect, namely slightly sweet and also has a hint of bitterness. Soft and fluffy soufflé pancakes melt in your mouth. Plus, if you eat it together with vanilla ice cream, the sensation of being cold and melting in your mouth, everything combines perfectly. For sweet food lovers, this is one of the delicious desserts in my opinion or just enjoyed as a snack when gathering with friends.

For drinks, I ordered Hokaido Dirty Milk Boba. This is a mixture of milk and coffee with boba topping. I think the drinks are just okay, nothing special. And for me, this Hokaido Dirty Milk Boba is a little sweet.

Overall, Soufle Pancake Tiramisu with Vanilla Ice Cream and Hokaido Dirty Milk Boba is delicious and suitable for fans of sweet food. With a comfortable restaurant atmosphere, everything fits perfectly. I was very happy with the food I ordered this time.
