王先生的朋友送了一大篮杨梅给我们，他给放在冰箱里。当天晚上王先生问我吃不吃，我说已经刷牙了。他说吃了再漱口呗！我说行，那你去洗几个吧！
于是王先生洗了几个杨梅，结果他老人家自己吃了一个，觉得太酸了，跟我说，算了，你还是别吃了！酸的不行。
到了第二天，我拿了一些杨梅出来浸泡清洗，洗好以后扔一个到嘴里，果然是有些酸。我家小朋友吃了一个，直接说怎么感觉这个味道不对呢?还直接吐出来！无语了，虽然酸，但我还是能吃几个的，不过大家都不吃，就我吃几个，那么大一篮不是要浪费掉了吗？
赶紧打开下厨房，搜一下杨梅，就看到好多杨梅的做法。比如：做杨梅汁、杨梅酱、杨梅荔枝饮品等等。我看了看家里的装备，赶紧杨梅汁和杨梅话梅还能做一下。
说干就干，我把杨梅清理好，锅里放入老冰糖，倒入一些水没过冰糖，倒入控干水的杨梅，不停翻炒，小朋友也要来帮忙，所以他一直帮我翻，不一会儿杨梅就出水了，并且汁水越来越多。
等到差不多的时候，我用大勺子把这些汁水盛起来放入杯子中，继续翻炒杨梅，希望能把里面的水分收干一些。不过看了另一个方法，说是放微波炉里加热，可以让水分变干。于是我又放微波炉打了10分钟。
哪知道拿出来仍然不干，哎！可惜买的烤箱还没到货，工具到用时方恨少啊！只能勉强这样了。我拿出保鲜碗，把摊凉的杨梅装撒上一些白糖并放冰箱冷藏室保存。
其实吃起来味道还是不错的，就是还有点湿，等烤箱到了再烤一下可能更好吧！
杨梅汁放冰箱冷藏以后喝起来很不错，小朋友一个人就干的差不多了！因为这么多杨梅，只做了那么一杯。
