¡Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive y Street Workout! Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien y que estén disfrutando de un excelente fin de semana. Hoy quiero compartir más rondas de los atletas que participaron en la competencia Bars Championship. Los atletas que aparecen en el video son de categoría profesional, y se nota el arduo trabajo que han realizado como calisténicos y practicantes de Street Workout. Fue un día realmente genial; sinceramente, disfruté mucho mi papel como espectador, apoyando a los competidores.
Greetings to the entire Hive and Street Workout community! I hope everyone is feeling great and enjoying a great weekend. Today I want to share more rounds from the athletes who participated in the Bars Championship competition. The athletes in the video are all professionals, and you can see the hard work they put in as calisthenics and Street Workout practitioners. It was a really great day; I really enjoyed my role as a spectator, supporting the competitors.
Una de las ventajas de asistir como espectador es que puedes apreciar todas las rondas, tanto en la categoría semi-profesional como en la profesional. Observé a varios atletas ese día y, sinceramente, hay un gran nivel aquí en mi país. Hay atletas muy completos, aunque algunos con buen nivel no pudieron asistir, algo que no esperaba. Pero sí, chicos, aquí en Venezuela hay un gran potencial en este deporte. Hay personas que han dedicado su tiempo a mejorar y han logrado adaptar sus cuerpos a los ejercicios estáticos; esto también incluye los dinámicos. Algunos no se atreven a realizarlos por miedo, ya que están en el aire y deben volver a agarrar la barra. Sin embargo, si uno como atleta quiere ser completo para competir y ganar, es necesario trabajar arduamente en ambas áreas: estáticos y dinámicos. Combinar las dos es realmente impresionante.
One of the advantages of attending as a spectator is that you can watch all the rounds, both semi-professional and professional. I watched several athletes that day and, honestly, there is a great level here in my country. There are very complete athletes, although some with a good level could not attend, something I did not expect. But yes, guys, here in Venezuela there is great potential in this sport. There are people who have dedicated their time to improve and have managed to adapt their bodies to the static exercises; this also includes the dynamic ones. Some don't dare to do them out of fear, as they are in the air and have to grab the bar again. However, if one as an athlete wants to be complete in order to compete and win, it is necessary to work hard in both areas: static and dynamic. Combining the two is really impressive.
