Blessings cooking lovers, this time I share with you how to make delicious carrot pancakes with a touch of cinnamon, nutmeg and wheat flour, functional for any meal of the day, from breakfast, snack and even dinner.
The carrot is considered one of the vegetables that provides vitamins and minerals to the human organism thanks to its high content. It can be used in both sweet and savory preparations, which is why you can adapt this preparation to either version.
1 zanahoria
1 taza de harina de trigo
1 taza de agua
1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
1 pizca de canela
1 cucharada postre de esencia de vainilla
3 cucharadas soperas de azúcar

1 pizca de canela en polvo

1 cup of wheat flour
1 cup water
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence
3 tablespoons of sugar

1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of cinnamon powder
Grated cheese

1.Lavamos, pelamos y rallamos la zanahoria y reservamos
1.Wash, peel and grate the carrot and set aside.
2.Place the wheat flour in a bowl and add the cup of water slowly and mix so that no lumps are formed.
4.Add the pinch of cinnamon, the nutmeg, the sugar and mix everything well again.
5.Once the mixture is ready, let the preparation stand for about 5 minutes in the refrigerator to make it easier to shape the pancakes during cooking.
6.Heat a frying pan clean with oil spread on each pancake we make so they do not stick, pour the mixture with a ladle. Cook until the base is formed and turn over with a spatula. Brown on the other side, remove the pancake and spread butter on it and then add grated cheese.
7.Repeat the procedure with the rest of the dough until all the pancakes are formed.
