Para realizar este plato necesitamos los siguientes ingredientes
300 gramos de milanesa
300 gramos de espaguetis
½ repollo
1 zanahoria
1 cebolla
1 pimentón
Una ramita de cilantro
Una cucharadita de Pimienta
Una cucharadita de curcuma
2 cucharadas de harina de trigo
2 cucharadas de salsa de soya
3 cucharadas de aceite

To make this dish we need the following ingredients
300 grams of milanesa
300 grams of spaghetti
½ cabbage
1 carrot
1 onion
1 bell pepper
A sprig of coriander
A teaspoon of pepper
One teaspoon of curcuma
2 tablespoons wheat flour
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons of oil
A sprig of cilantro
Salt
Wash the cabbage, paprika and coriander and chop finely.
Wash and peel the carrot and cut it into strips.
Wash the chicken milanesa and cut it into strips.
season it by adding a teaspoon of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of turmeric, two tablespoons of wheat flour and mix very well and set aside.
In a frying pan place two tablespoons of oil over low heat, add the onion and chicken, let it brown a little, then add the carrot, cabbage and paprika, stir until well incorporated and let it cook for 15 minutes.
To cook the spaghetti we put a pot with water over medium heat add salt, a little oil and let it boil, then we put the 300 grams of spaghetti, stir and let it cook for 7 minutes.
Once the spaghetti is al dente, place it in a colander.
Finally incorporate the spaghetti with the chicken and vegetables, add the soy sauce and cilantro, stir until they are integrated, leave for 3 minutes over lowheat.
