Finally, there will be a land title.

Hello everyone! Yehey! Finally after the long process we went through, the requirements that we submitted to the Registry of Deeds, Tagaytay were accepted. We'll just wait for the land title to be released here in Cavite.

I am gonna share our walk on two different places. Let me tell you what we did last July 8. I mentioned last year that we had to go to Trece first so we stopped for the meantime. And last July 8 my Mom and I went to the Trece Assessor's office to continue it. When we got there, we first went to the assistant to ask what the requirements were. They sent us inside then we gave the necessary papers. We sat down and waited for our name to be called. They called us, their office head said they need a certified true copy of the title that is already named after my parents. So we went straight to Tagaytay.

But we went to Robinsons Trece first to buy Turks shawarma and we ate there. (Shawarma is one of my favorite snack, do you eat shawarma too?) We didn't eat breakfast because we left home at 7 am.

We took a jeep to Tagaytay, the fare is 40 Php.

We passed by Silang town proper.

When we arrived at the LRA, I arranged all the requirements, we were asked what was the purpose. I just answered that we are requesting a new land title. They accepted all the original documents.

We took a long time because many people requested that day. Last year it was just me and my Mom there.

These are the necessary requirements in RD for requesting land title.

After 30 minutes, Mom's name was called and she filled out the form and signed it. We paid.

3,535.37 Php is the total that we paid for the request land title. Cheap, isn't it? Because we are under National Housing Authority.

I asked the cashier when we would possibly get it. He pointed out the instructions on how to check online. Scan the code and enter the number when it says "closed" we can go back there for the release. Normally it is 20 working days, but because we are under NHA (National Housing Authority), it may take a long time, it may take 1 to 2 months, RD said. But it's okay and we can breathe a sigh of relief because we'll just have to wait for the release of the title. I request that father's name be written on the paper aswell because Mom might be in Dubai during those days. My brother will take him for visit visa because his wife is about to give birth. That's why we are here in Cavite for a while because my father will be left alone. It's sad that my niece and nephew have already transferred to Pangasinan with their Mom to study there. We have to adjust hehe.

Back to my story, after we paid and asked for a release I jumped for joy. I said "YES" finally we will have a land title. We've been wanting to get it for a long time, but now we have the budget and time. Long patience is needed. Mom is a senior so they are a priority. I am happy, we achieved our goal. I was the only one who get all this papers with Mom because the deed of sale from NHA was named after them. I only asked from the Silang municipal, BIR, Trece provincial assessor to RD Tagaytay without consulting legal advisers. There are too many requirements in every government offices and what we went through is no joke plus the money to have ready. I remembered when we also apply for pension of my father, we felt relief when it is granted. As Susan Roces said "don't be shy to ask".

We passed the Lalaan Central school where we represented our school for the grade 6 choir contest.

Our mission was over lol, Mom said let's eat at Chowking Robinsons Place Dasmariñas. We would just going to take out at Jollibee to buy for a pasalubong but the queue was long, we just ate there.

We also craved Greenwich pizza so we ordered 6 slices Hawaiian pizza.

Mom has a big discount as a senior, 285 Php became 203.57 Php. In Jollibee it's less 50 Php only.

The rain was strong when we were on our way home. Our day was tiring but worth it and were happy on our successful walk.
