My first Sharing Your Battle of this year 😃, I've been away for a week because of the holidays and I'm returning now with this post. The card chosen for today's event is the Mycelic Infantry a strong card of the earth element, this element is very well in the metagame and it was very easy to win a match to post here, the fight was for the Gold III League in the Modern format.

🌟 MYCELIC INFANTRY 🌟

Mycelic Infantry is a rare earth element card released in the Chaos Legions collection, Its main attributes are damage and HP, it already starts with the skill Shield, from lvl 5 it acquires Giant Killer and at lvl MAX Enrage, thanks to these skills and attributes Mycelic Infatatry is usually used as a Tank, its weak point is its speed being the last to move in almost every round.

Best Rules: Aim True, Equal Opportunity, Melee Mayhem, Reverse Speed, Weak Magic and Super Sneak.

Worst Rules: Armored Up, Back to basics and Unprotected.

Mycelic Infantry is an interesting card to have in your deck, among the rare cards of the Chaos Legion collection it is among the most expensive and cheapest units, almost in the middle of the list 😅, today its regular foil version costs 0.11$ and its version gold foil costs 1.53$.

⚔️ My Team ⚔️

Rule	Effect
	Fire & Regret - All Monsters have the Return Fire ability.

A match with 40 mana and the Fire & Regret/Heavy Hitters rules, in that match it was not recommended to use a ranged attack, so I thought of a team focused on magic with the star of the match as a tank, Obsidian was my only summoner option, she will help with the damage of almost all my team, for off-tank I used Regal Peryton, I put Mycelic Slipspawn in the last position to split my opponent's damage, for supports I chose Queen Mycelia (I always lose if I don't use it 😅) and Sprit Druid Grog, for DPS I chose only Djinn Biljka because Obsidian's bonus strengthens the damage of all my units. My core strategy is to split the opponent's damage with two resistant cards, one in the first position (Mycelic Infantry) and the other in the last position (Mycelic Slipspawn) they will receive a lot of support to resist to the maximum, mainly to Slipspawn, all the cards will hit hard with Summoner's bonus.

	Summoner : Your bonus will increase the damage of almost all of my team, I still have to test the new legendary summoner of this element 😂.
	Tank : The star of the match, very resistant to physical attacks, must stay alive until the end because the opponent's damage will be shared with the Slipspawn.
	Off-Tank: I like to use this magical bird in this position, it has a lot of HP and speed, and with the Obsidian bonus, it can get even stronger.
	Suport: This card has been used very little lately, it will gain a lot of value during the game, thus being able to assume the front line if necessary, and it can even revive a dead ally.
	Suport : One of the best supports in the game. Extra armor for your team, and even heals the backline, helping mainly Mycelic Slipspawn.
	DPS: Low mana cost and a lot of damage, it manages to stay calm thanks to its camouflage skill, in addition to removing 1 HP from all opposing units with its debuff.
	Suport: It will share the damage with the star of the match, it should receive a lot of magic damage but it is the unit that will receive the most support from my team.

🤜The Battle 🤛

Analyzing the match: My opponent came with a risky move using two units with ranged attacks and also chose to split the damage of the tank with a card with taunt ability, I will have trouble knocking out the blue Djinn and the Wave Brood, My Slipspawn will resist for at least two rounds and will still attract the dangerous DeepLuker, the opponent tank will be eliminated quickly as soon as the Wave Brood leaves the game.

Round 1 - An extremely hectic start, however the two units with taunt survive this chaos, hard to see who has the advantage.

Round 2 - Almost at the beginning of the round the Wave Brood is knocked out by my Slipspawn, soon after the Slipspawn is killed but is revived by the Druid and healed by Queen Mycelic 😍, almost at the end the DiemonShark leaves the game, now I have the advantage.

Round 3 - My Slipspawn resisted very well until this round, but he was knocked out by DeepLuker, the Blue Djinn is really resistant to magic and managed to stay alive for one more round, even losing a key piece I still have the advantage.

Round 4 - Finally, I knocked out the Djinn Oshannus, and soon after Queen Mycelic takes the Spirit Hoader out of the game. Victory is very close.

Round 5 - And finally, the victory came, Regal Peryton knocks out DeepLuker in the very first move of the round, and in the end, the Druid kills Angelic Mandarin the opponent's last unit.

🎊 Conclusion 🎊

My strategy worked perfectly and I reached the end of the game with almost all my cards, all my lineup served as DPS even Queen Mycelic thanks to the Obsidian buff, Slipspawn held up for 3 rounds and was essential for the protection of my backline, the supports were interesting, especially Queen Mycelia, Djinn Biljka hit hard but maybe Sprit Hoader was a better option here because it would help Slipspawn and I already had enough damage on the table, The star of the match did not have many highlights but withstood a lot in the frontline and ended with 2 HP 😁.

Mycelic Infantry is an excellent card and essential for those who will use the earth element, has great damage and is resistant to physical damage something very difficult to find in this element, he disputes this position with the Legionnaire Alvar this one being chosen in matches where it is expected a large amount of magic damage. It is incredible in matches with the rule Reverse Speed easily surprising your opponent.
