Welcome to another Sharing Your Battle, this time the card chosen is the Flying Squid, an incredible blue card, its art is very similar to a giant squid, I keep imagining it flying. It wasn't hard to find a match to post here even suffering a lot in the modern format 😂, blue is very strong in the meta.

🌟 FLYING SQUID 🌟

Flying Squid is a common card of the blue element, released in the chaos legends set, uses melee attacks, has a high mana cost and very good defensive attributes, it starts with the Reach skill, from lvl 6 it gets the Blind skill and finally in the last lvl it acquires Backfire.
Because he has the reach skill and good defensive attributes I usually use him as off tank, giving support to the tank and occupying the first position if necessary.

Our amazing FLYING SQUID has been maintaining its price for the past few days, but this week will be released another package of updates in the game that should shake the market. Today it is costing $0.09 in its Regular Foil version and $0.98 in its Gold Foil version.

	Healed Out - All healing abilities are removed from Monsters and Summoners.
	Up Close Personal - Only Monsters with Melee attack may be used in battles.

A match with a reasonable amount of mana and the rules Healed Out and Up Close Personal, I immediately thought of putting a tank with little mana to receive good support from the Flying Squid, I put a meat shield to receive some opportunity attacks, right after my support the Disintegrator, then I follow with two DPS with sneak to attack from all sides and try to get the unprotected cards in the last positions of my opponent.

	Tank : Excellent low cost card to occupy the tank position.
	Off-Tank: The star of the match, with extremely high HP and good damage, is able to attack from the second position thanks to his reach ability, and, if needed, can hold the front line very well and still apply good blows.
	Meat Shield: I put it in the middle to try to buy some time in case my tanks are destroyed, and with its low HP it will be the first target of cards with opportunity.
	Suport : In this match this guy will be my support with his demoralize skill, he can defend himself well in case he gets to the first position.
	DPS: As it was difficult to attack the opponent's tank, I chose to use cards with sneak as DPS.
	DPS: Another card with sneak, good damage and incredible speed, can dodge well with his fly skill.

🤜The Battle 🤛

Analyzing the match - this new summoner is really interesting, but I didn't think he was very effective in this match, but my opponent's sneak attack was very strong that worm can destroy everything if I don't take down his tank quickly, My side was well positioned and my debuff worked, it will probably last longer than my opponent's.

Round 1 - the game starts with many hits in the back line on both sides, I started ahead knocking down the opponent's meat shield, the worm hit but luckily it was stopped by my pelacor's shield.

Round 2 - Hard to believe but the worm managed to hit my pelacor even with 5 speed and fly skill knocking him out.

Round 3 - Early on my meatshield took its second hit and was defeated and almost at the end my Uraeus was defeated by the worm.

Round 4 - Finally I managed to defeat the opponent's tank with a beautiful attack from our star, freeing me from the defuff, then for the third time in a row the worm hits and eliminates my tank, our star had to assume the tank position.

Round 5 and 6 - Very similar rounds, but this time the worm's attack was absorbed by our star's armor, in the next round Flying Squid hits and takes this monster out of the game, leaving me with a bit of an advantage.

Round 7 and 8 - My cards resist as best they can, at the end of round 8 they finally defeat another opponent's card, victory was very close.

Round 9 - Finally the victory came with a beautiful hit by our star, ending the match and granting the victory to me.

🎊 Conclusion 🎊

It was a very balanced match, the worm with only 2 speed did not miss an attack, mine never hit anything😅, but luckily my strategy worked, my tank held the front line until it was replaced by our star, that made a beautiful match and defeating almost the entire team of the opponent, the meat shield withstood 3 hits, the support was alive until the end and my DPS were annihilated by worm😭.

Flying Squid is an incredible card, it can hit and get protected with its reach ability and can be a tank if needed, no wonder it is very popular in our game, I wanted to use it at lvl 6 to test its second ability, but it is very difficult to rank up in modern😂.
