Worklife - Crunch time is coming up!

avatar

It's going to be crunch time at the docks... next week.

I sit at a funny little impasse now and it is pretty much because our client wants the best production possible while paying the least possible.

So we are going to have hectic deadlines but at the very same time, they don't want us to work overtime and on Public Holidays where they need to pay double time for our hours.

So what is going to happen now is that I shall be getting a nice 3 day break... but then need to work my ass off for two weeks in order to fit all the work scope into the allotted time.

What are we doing?

Well, we need to build no less than 4 full refreigrant systems with all components and gauge panels and linked up to controls.

Can it be done?

I believe there is a chance... however I refuse to cut corners on the procedures that we need to do a proper and correct installation. Refrigeration takes time!

Thank you for reading!

Cheers!

It must a real challenge to balance the client's demands with quality work. It's good to hear you're committed to doing it right, even under pressure. Wishing you strength for the crunch time ahead bro

Surely it would take time but I firmly believe you can do it well. Keep safe always and have a nice time at work.
