If you are reading this post, then I am on my way to the first Eternal Carnage game of 10th Edition.

Eternal Carnage is unlike a Tournament. Eternal Carnage pits massive armies against one another! Eternal Carnage also allows Legends units to be played.

In this post I add the Mortis Dreadnought to my lineup. A Mortis Dreadnought is a fire support Dreadnought that carries a pair of identical heavy weapons. It is a Legends unit so it will not be usable in tournament games but will be seen on the battlefield in friendly games!

Here is the Dread in all its glory as well as next to its fellow (PAINTED) Dreadnoughts that I own!

This guy is armed with dual Autocannons. A total of 4x S9 shots at 48" dealing 3 Damage each!

I have given this Dreadnought the pack marking designation of a Long Fang. Long Fangs are the veteran Space Wolves who bear heavy weapons into battle. The story here is that this Dreadnought had been a Long Fang before he died... and was revived and interred in the steel Sarcophagus that allows him to pilot his mechanical body!

Wulfen Dreadnought, Mortis Dreadnought and Bjorn the Fell Handed!

Added to that the Redemptor Dreadnought which is the larger modern Chassis of Dreadnoughts!

Here we can see a nice lineup of venerable warriors, bound by honor and loyalty to fight even beyond the grasp of death. Mortally wounded but on a sort of lifesupport and stasis, these Marines were too valuable to be lost to the jaws of death.

Leading them shall be Bjorn the Fell Handed, the first Great Wolf of the Space Wolves and Last of the Company of Russ.
