What is it all about? It is not there to just give a stat. It is there to give MY review of the unit!
Also this has become quite the Challenge! With so many units to review in the game the consensus in the hobby community is that I will not have enough time to review all of the Datasheets before the new edition of Warhammer 40,000 came out.
I should have started when 10th edition launched!

This is Review #177, I am 327 reviews behind! (Lowest I have been is 314 behind)

Aeldari, Storm Guardians
10th Edition Index
Like Guardian Defenders but instead of rifles, it is pistols and swords. And instead of a Heavy Weapon Platform with a big gun, it is a shield to keep them alive.
So instead of defence, they go on the attack. Guardian Attackers was lame... so they are called Storm Guardians.
100pts for 10 models and a shield, they can be joined by a large variety of pointy-eared leaders. They cost $60 for a box.

Movement 7"
Toughness 3
Save 4+ (armor/invul/Feel No Pain)
Wounds 1
Ld 6+
OC 2
(The Shield platform has 2 Wounds and OC 0)
Weapons
2x of them can have Power Weapons
2x of them can have Fusion Guns
2x of them can have Flamers
Ranged Weapons
Shuriken Pistol
12" Range, 1 Shot, Hitting on 3+, S4, AP-1 and 1 Damage each.
Pistol (This weapon can be shot while in engagement range of enemy models)
Assault (They can shoot these even while Advancing which is like running)
Guardian fusion gun
12" Range, 1 Shot, Hitting on 3+, S8, AP-4 and D6 Damage each.
Melta 2 (When shooting at a target within half range of 6", add 2 Damage to the gun profile)
Assault (They can shoot these even while Advancing which is like running)
Aeldari flamer
12" Range, D6 shots, Hitting on Auto, S4, AP0 and 1 Damage each.
Torrent (Auto Hits)
Ignores Cover (Enemy does not get benefit of cover against this weapon)
Assault (They can shoot these even while Advancing which is like running)
Melee Weapons
Guardian combat weapon
2 Attacks, Hitting on 3+, S3, AP0 and 1 Damage each.
Aeldari power sword
3 Attacks, Hitting on 3+. S4, AP-1 and 1 Damage each.
Abilities
Stormblades
Sticky Objectives at the end of your turn, meaning they can touch an objective at the end of your turn and it stays yours until the enemy goes to take the objective from you.
Crewed Platform
If the Aeldari die, the Serpent Shield dies...
Wargear Abilities
Serpent shield
The unit has a 5+ Invul save!
Thoughts
Cheap and effective. They are the sort of unit that is great for taking points on the board but you probably have something scarier to deal with first.
4+/5++ is good on Aeldari making them a bit tougher than most.
Not too dangerous in melee for Marine army equivalents, however that shooting after an Advance might be dangerous.
I assume they get played like this: Move and Run to hold or contest an objective and then shoot the enemy unit off it.
Fusion for tanks/monsters and flamers and pistols for troops.
That makes 21 Aeldari Datasheets Reviewed putting them on 29.16% Completed. The total Completed is 16.90% Complete! Can I review them all?!

Aha ! I've finally worked out why Eldar ... umm... Aeldari.... helmets are the shape they are. Looking at the guy with no helmet, it's clear that they need to be tall enough to fit the hair bangle, and then pull the top-knot through a hole in the top so it looks like a plume 😁
