Welcome to my weekly record of the Hive progress of my family, my students that I have onboarded to Hive, and other friends on Hive!

My ever-expanding Guide list:

Guide list:

I will be leaving these guides at the top of this Class stats post so it is always within a week's reach on my blog. Feel free to share this information with others.

Let's get into those stats!

Well done to @jasperdick with a massive 112HP gain again! Wow!

2nd up is @stevemuis with a gain of 32HP! On his way to 150HP!

3rd up is myself with a +28HP

4th up is @clairemobey with a +26HP

Congratulations to @loadreaper for hitting the 20HP milestone!
Congratulations to @pixelhuntersam for hitting the 100HP milestone!
Congratulations to @lex-zaiya for hitting the 200HP milestone!

The total HP of the Mobey-Ludick Household in HP is 1 441,567HP, last week was 1387,24HP so a gain of +1 441,567HP!

The total HP of the 11/22 students of 2022 is: 1 658,323HP, 1458,519HP last week for a bump of +199,804HP! Onwards to 1750HP together guys!

The average for the 11 students is now, 150,756HP. This is up a lot from last week, but instead of just 3 people above this line, we have 4. @stevemuis is next to cross that threshold!

In terms of Financial implication for South Africans, this week this little community earned R2 011,71 in HP at the CURRENT exchange, which is lower than last week. Probably a similar value in HBD. Roughly R4022 worth of crypto earned. Awesome!

For perspective for our international readers, R20 per hour is minimum wage, which translates to around R3500 per month. Which, in my opinion, is too little by far anyway.

Well done to @stevemuis for being a strong commenter once again! Even going above and beyong your normal!

Remember everyone, your new posts and engagements will effect what your earnings you will have in a week's time. Therefore you need to keep an eagle eye on what you want to accomplish and just keep posting and engaging!

You need to give if you want to receive. Hive is highly alturistic. If you engage with others, they will engage with you!

Nominations for Delegations

Thank you to @alonicus for your support and delegations to our community here!

I would like to nominate @stevemuis, @lex-zaiya, @clairemobey and @loadreaper for the delegations.

If someone is keeping their delegation then it is justly so because they were consistent and awesome!

Well done to @edycu007, wow! Good job this week gone past!
Welcome @maccazftw! Sorry I missed adding you last week!

Minnows

@consciouscat You have unclained rewards!
Well done to @alonicus on your massive addition in Hive Power.
@hopestylist went up a lot as well.
@new.things, keeping up and posting every day. Good job!

Dolphins

Nothing too much to report here but @joetunex did really with his raiding two

As we can see, growth is always exponential, but it is also directly related to a calculation between effort, HP, and influence. In this case, if you do 1000+ comments AND more than a post per day. Over time my post shows how it rolls!

We had a good time. We had a braai last night. This morning I did a bunch of writing and then we did shopping. Finally, before supper I did some of my DIY jobs.

We just ate supper and watched something with the kids. They go to sleep now and I do my Splinterlands stats post!

Interesting things!! You are a super dad I'd say because I was happy to see you took out time to see movies with the kids ☺️, that's really nice sir.

You did really had a good time 🥰🥰.

Why thank you. Spending time with the kids doing all sorts of things is important.

Even while watching a movie, there is an opportunity to speak about the themes presented and let the kids speak about them too.

It was a good weekend and I am happy about that.

Yes you are absolutely right, it's important but I'm happy because you are doing as you should, not all fathers do that you know.

Wow, that is absolutely amazing, it's good that you engage them too, that way they can learn something from each movie they see.

Yes, the weekend was superb for me too 🥰🥰.

Good morning sir 😇.

I had a slow week, damn brain wasn't cooperative. I did manage some art though, so this week should be a bit better at least. Should manage to get two posts out, possibly even three.

Don't put pressure on yourself ! It's okay to accept that sometimes you'll have a slow week or one where real life just takes all your energy, then another week you'll be on fire, inspired and do lots of posts.

I find that if I pressure myself to post, I start feeling like it's a job rather than a fun thing, and I either don't do as many posts because I can't find the inspiration, or I do the posts but they just aren't the quality they should be.

Thank you so much for this 🌻. I was trying to force myself last week to sit down and post. And I started writing a few times, but it just didn't feel good. And the quality was crappy, so I simply deleted it and gave up. I figured it will come to me when it comes. Until then, I'll get on with life.

And I am glad I did because now I feel like I do have something to post about and it is a lot more thoughtful, not to mention more fun to compose.

Well done everyone ! This deserves !PIZZA 😁

I've done the delegations - well done to @stevemuis, @lex-zaiya, @clairemobey and @loadreaper - sorry for being slightly slow this time around, it's a Bank Holiday here in the UK, and the last chance for a summer barbeque.

@zakludick - I had an idea the other day, not sure what you think.... why not create an actual Community within Ecency for everyone to join ? Part of my daily routine is to work through my favourite communities upvoting new posts. If people tagged the community in their posts, it would make it so much easier for everyone to go in and give each other lots of upvotes, rather than working through the individual profiles. It's a good way to do upvotes when pushed for time. If it really took off, there's a huge amount more that could be done within Communities, but it should probably be a one step at a time thing. Not to mention that it gets you another HiveBuzz badge for creating it 😁

Wow, thanks so much once again @alonicus.

In my book there is definately no reason to apologize....especially when a holiday & BBQ were involved in it. A holiday and braai (bbq) in South Africa come first and the tradition/ spirit of it is not to be messed with by any invading army like "laundry tasks" hehe.
(I did a blog fairly recently on my page/blog on hive about the South African braai and it is tradition here.)

Hope you had a good one and thanks again!

Thank you very much for the delegations @alonicus!

Hmmmm you make a fair point about the community. It has been mentioned before and in the beginning, we were just too small to consider it!

I should like to invite ALL the Cape Townian Hivers, and ALL the South African Hivers and ALL the international friends that are all constantly busy with each other.

Good content, but also some easy and relatable life-stuff.

Social media, interest of all kinds can be tagged... kid friendly is a must.

I think it would be a great Idea... now for a name... I will post about it!
