The Basic Rules of Activity
Activity means posting and commenting within a 30-day time.
Posting weekly is recommended.
Supporting one another with votes and engagement is encouraged. There is zero enforcement, we just recommend it. If you want people on Hive who will speak and interact with you - just look at the people in this list!
There are a few accounts (like the top Minnows) that have gone inactive that I do NOT take down due to inactivity. This is mainly to give the active Minnows and Redfish something to aim at. It would also be really cool to see you guys catch up to these larger accounts due to your activity vs the inactivity of these accounts.

Don't take this the wrong way, but on other growth leagues I have been involved in anyone powering down was removed for a two week period or until when they were done as it impacts the league growth negatively otherwise.
Indeed. However, powering down for some is but a way of life to survive.
Some people do it like they are losing hope or just plain cashing out. Others do so because there was an emergency and they need the money.
Not everyone is in a good financial position and I have to respect the concept that it is their own money and that they are allowed to spend it if they need to.
My plan was to grow the list to a peak point and then remove dormant and the dis-invested from the list.
But we also have a few people who are powering down because they need money and then earning it right back again.
The way that January and February has been going... I have been tempted to power down too... though it pains me a lot because I do not want to go backwards and I do not want to sell at these prices.
I do understand this and was just pointing out what other leagues did or do. There is nothing wrong with selling if it covers the cost of living or an unforeseen emergency.

Wow, that is great. I grew my HP pretty slowly before, now I'm more active and doing things with a little more thought and intention, and now I'm close to 4k, my goal is finally get to 5k and then the goal will be become a dolphin and continue the path up. Congrats to everyone reaching their goals.
