Battle Mage Secrets: No neutral support
Good day everyone splinterlands community, zactian here. Today I'll blog about another weekly challenge, Battle Mage Secrets, and share my strategy.
The Super Sneak is the challenge, in which all units gain the Sneak ability
in this battle. I'll play my Main account this time (IGN: zactian). I found match-up grinding and will reveal my primary technique on this rule set. Comment below with your opinions on the potential lineups at this level. Is it really helpful for this battle ruleset? Let's see and match up with the Taking Sides rule set.
Taking Sides
Rule Set
Tis But Scratches
- All units have Cripple Ability.
Taking Sides
- Only Neutral will not be able to use.
Aimless
- All units have Scattershot Ability.
Recommended summoner to use for Taking Sides for this match:
Dominating in Damage
- Mylor Crowling
- Chanseus the Great
- Lorna Shine
- Mother Khala
- Byzantine Kitty
Dominating in Debuffing
- Wizard of Eastwood
- Camila Sungazer
- Immortalis
Dominating in Speed difference
- Byzantine Kitty
- Kelya Frendul
Note: I only have limited cards but useful in some rule sets and will try my best to win with existing cards. So if you want to have a high chance of winning then I advise you to rent or buy cards that are useful or stronger for most rule sets.
Possibilus The Wise
- Additional +2 health to all friendly units.
- Gains a Trample Ability and Reach Ability to all Friendly units.
- I planned to use Coastal Sentry with this Summoner the Reach ability.
- Good for melee attack advantages especially the Stampede ability that enables a chance to Hit again if the opponent unit is executed.
- Most units of this element are found to be high in speed, with a chance of attacking first.
Link of the battle: RUMBLE
My Lineup
First position - Diemonshark
Act as a tank with this ability Enrage this will be stronger if this unit health is not on max Health.
Second position - Coastal Sentry
As a plan decided I will take advantage of Reach ability from the summoner Possibilus The Wise. This is good as it will attack twice with 4 melee damage which is stronger for core damage.
Third position - Deeplurker
Second Core damage as it has 5 Melee damage and useful abilities Opportunity and Poison. A chance of applying poison to the enemy units it attacks.
Fourth position - Venari Wavesmith
Act as a support for my team because of the ability to Protect and the ability to Dispel which removes Buffs or positive effects of the opponents except Summoner. This is a good position because I plan to use River Hellondale they are the same health as this unit, and I want River Hellondale to survive more than this unit.
Fifth position - River Hellondale
A good position as it will not be targeted first if the opponent uses Opportunity attacks. A support to my team Abilities of Resurect and Inspire. The reason I want to survive this most of the round is because of the Inspire Ability additional 1 melee damage to all friendly units.
Last position - Noa the Just
Another support unit to my team, a debuffing shield reducing -2 to all opponent's units, and with dodge ability, it can have a chance to miss incoming attacks from Sneakly melee and range attacks except magic.
Analyzing Battle
My lineup is a really good plan position with utilizing the use Possibilus The Wise summoner. The opponent uses Lily Shieldpaw summoner, which is a good summoner with the element dragon combined with the life element. The only thing I noticed is that the opponent I think didn't put well position utilizing the ability. The opponent uses Agor Longtail and the summoner opponent has Camouflage, meaning my team will focus on attacking in the front position, It is not a good combo if the opponent puts Agor Longtail in the front position. I can't analyze well what is planning for the opponent lineup as I'm confused a bit it puts the units. I believe the opponent's core damage is Bila Radiant and Prismologist. Either way, I can't say it is a good Lineup of opponents' teams. And maybe opponents think to take advantage of the Aimless rule set.😅
Effective or not?
Well it is an easy win for this match😅, my only concern is if the Aimless rule set will attack and luckily defeat my River Hellondale which is not good. Turns out it's not enough damage to take out some of my support units. Dhampir Infiltrator opponent unit is not much of a help for opponents teams. The only thing to improve is utilizing a lineup and Ability useful in this battle rule set. Also, Agor Longtail is only a Level 2 legendary unit making it easily executed until the Second round.
I love this match Rule set because I can use an Element of water that is a common lineup idea I already have in mind. It always take note to check opponents' history as it will give you an idea of what assumed cards to put. Pierce it through the highlight of today's challenge battle mage secrets.
And if my opponent changes the lineup of units and has Stronger Summoners like mentioned above the Possible Summoner to use then I might lose in this match. Most commonly I use the Water element, this is what most of the matches I use.
If you want to use Water Line-up, you can check some of my blogs and I hope it will help you.😊
Thank You! for being here, coming this far, and supporting me. I hope this will help you in some of your battles.🤗
You can share thoughts and ideas about what could be possible to use in this rule set.
