Hola querida comunidad, nuevamente con ustedes, en esta semana llena de muchas vibras, la amiga @angelica7 nos invita a ser parte de una nueva temática y para eso nos trae este tema La jaula esta temática muy interesante ya que hablar de este tema la jaula es como encontrarse atrapado sin salida donde muchos desean escapar y volar muy alto para asi ser libres, con esta iniciativa buscamos el significado que nos ayude aprender y crecer todos juntos como familia.

Sentirse atrapado es estar prisionero, atados, es sentirse enjaulado y en algún momento de nuestras vidas nos hemos sentido de esta manera, bien sea en alguna relación amorosa pero tóxica en la que no llegamos a estar conforme o a gusto, donde queremos escapar, en el día a día o en ocasiones nos encontramos atrapados en situaciones donde deseamos salir corriendo y no volver. Sentirse atrapado es la expresión de un acto no deseado es encontrarnos en un punto ciego donde no somos capaces de encontrar salida y sentirnos bien con nosotros mismos.

La jaula de mi vida.
Diria que todos nos hemos encontrado en esa jaula en instante de nuestras vidas pero somos los mismos que nos la ponemos y no vemos que al permitirlo esta jaula se convierte en nuestra sombra porque nos imponemos a los pensamientos y dejamos pasar lo bueno, no debemos ser esclavos de nuestras fustraciones debemos darnos esa libertad de ser capaces de escapar, volar, las personas llegan a sentir ansiedad al enfrentar un encierro y la gran mayoría prefieren utilizar todo su tiempo en posibles vías de escape y desaparecer. En la actualidad muchos vivimos un constante encierro y aprendemos a vivir en esa jaula porque creemos ser felices y nos acostumbramos a vivir de esa manera.

Nowadays many of us live in a constant confinement and we learn to live in that cage because we believe we are happy and we get used to live that way.
Termino mi escrito de la semana agradeciendo a la amiga @angelica7 por la temática de esta semana y por la maravillosa iniciativa basada en la jaula esta temática nos deja una bonita enseñanza que en estos tiempos cuando nos sentimos estar atrapados debemos aprender a decir que la jaula es pequeña para mi que aprendi a volar y a ser libre. Hola @yumelys25, es hermoso poder transitar en libertad, escoger que ponernos, eso lo otorga la libertad del pensamiento. Algunas veces por costumbres familiares o experiencias vividas no es fácil romper con estos paradigmas, pero en aras de conquistar la libertad, de vivir en bienestar se hace posible aferrarse a alguna cosa que nos ayude a levantarnos y romper esas barreras, pudiera ser lento el proceso, más no difícil.
No hay algo más delicioso que hacer lo que nos guste hacer.
Hola @dorytagil2022 todo tiene un proceso pero somos nosotros los que decidimos hacer si vivir en libertad o sumergirnos a estar enjaulado. A veces los afanes de la vida nos conducen a aceptar lo que venga a nuestras vidas y si es así yo escojo la libertad ser libre y volar como el águila sin miedo a caer, total el que no arriesga no gana.
