Every day I feel very hungry, confused about what snacks to prepare that are nutritious, but also delicious to enjoy, I will try preparing tempeh combined with stuffed cabbage in it, let's see my recipe tonight.



Ingredients :

🔸 cabbage 200 grams.
🔸1 tempeh board.
🔸1 sheet of soup leaves.
🔸2 green chilies.
🔸 4 garlic.
🔸2 candlenuts.
🔸1/2 teaspoon coriander.
🔸300 grams of wheat flour.
🔸1/2 teaspoon salt.


How To Make :

🔹cut the cabbage thinly.

🔹Cut the green chilies into round and small shapes like the picture below, and cut the soup leaves into thin strips.

🔹 Cut the tempeh into triangles, you can cut it in half to make it thin, you can also fry it thickly according to your individual taste.

🔹Puree the spices.

🔹Heat the oil, add the ground spices.

🔹Add salt, stir well.

🔹 Add cabbage, soup leaves and green chilies, stir well.

🔹Add the cabbage filling Into the tempeh that has been split in the middle.

🔹Prepare the flour then add water, don't make it too thick and don't make it too runny.

🔹Dip the tempeh in flour, fry until brown.

🔹lift and serve.
