Chayote in Coconut Milk Sauce

How To Make

500 grams of chayote.
1 coconut.
5 red onions.
1 item of garlic.
1 cm turmeric.
3 sunti acids.
15 cayenne peppers.
1/2 tablespoon salt.



How To Make

Peel the skin of the chayote until clean, cut the chayote according to individual taste.

cut green chilies into small pieces.

grind the spices.

prepare coconut milk.

Add the chayote that has been cut, squeeze until soft and the sap comes out, add 2 spoons of salt, this is used to speed up the process of cooking the vegetables.

Put the chayote that has been washed clean into the pan.

add coconut milk.

Add the ground spices, stir well.

Add green chilies and salt, cook until vegetables are cooked.

adjust the seasoning according to taste, prepare and serve.
