Savoring the Flavors of Village Life: Our Al Hasan Hotel Experience | Taste the Tradition 2024 Taste

In search of good food, all of us friends went to the famous Al Hasan Hotel because we had heard that the food cooked in native clay pots of this hotel is very delicious, so when we ten friends reached the hotel, we discovered the menu.

And the chef said that chicken katwa, beef desi katwa and mutton desi katwa are on the menu. As we took in the surroundings of the hotel, there was a great natural scene and we all sat on charpi that is villager bed in the verandah of the hotel and ordered Mutton Desi Katwa which is cooked in earthen pots. It was not long before our food served on earthen plates and it was so much fun when we ate mutton katwa in native earthen pots. I have visualized all the scenes in this video and hope. You all will love this foraging journey of my friends.

اچھے کھانے کی تلاش میں ہم سب دوست مشہور الحسن ہوٹل گئے کیونکہ ہم نے سنا تھا کہ اس ہوٹل کے دیسی مٹی کے برتنوں میں پکایا جانے والا کھانا بہت لذیذ ہوتا ہے اس لیے جب ہم دس دوست ہوٹل پہنچے تو مینو دریافت کیا۔ اور شیف نے کہا کہ چکن کٹوا، بیف دیسی کٹوا اور مٹن دیسی کٹوا مینو میں ہیں۔ جیسے ہی ہم نے ہوٹل کے گرد و نواح کا جائزہ لیا تو ایک بڑا قدرتی منظر تھا اور ہم سب ہوٹل کے برآمدے میں چارپی یعنی دیہاتی بستر پر بیٹھ گئے اور مٹن دیسی کٹوا کا آرڈر دیا جو مٹی کے برتنوں میں پکایا جاتا ہے۔ کچھ عرصہ نہیں گزرا تھا کہ ہمارا کھانا مٹی کی پلیٹوں میں پیش کیا جاتا تھا اور یہ بہت مزہ آتا تھا جب ہم دیسی مٹی کے برتنوں میں مٹن کٹوا کھاتے تھے۔ میں نے اس ویڈیو میں تمام مناظر کو دیکھا ہے اور امید ہے۔ آپ سب کو میرے دوستوں کا یہ سفر پسند آئے گا۔
