I agree with you; everything in life is revovled around risk, and even walking out of the house every morning is risky.

The only thing that can be done to regulate contact sports is constant education of the competitors.

Exactly ma, there risk in literally all we do. But with a consistent education on the relevance of our safety and that of others, I am sure, the accidents can be reduced.
