Hola amigos de Full Deportes ❤️ hoy paso por acá nuevamente en otros de nuestros días de entrenamiento sin luz, que nos impide realizar nuestras actividades diarias con normalidad, en esta oportunidad no pudimos ir entrenar en el gimnasio porque se habia ido la luz desde las 6:00 pm, así que nos dirigimos al monumento, un lugar muy conocido en mi ciudad, ubicado en la avenida perimetral, es muy amplio y hay muchas barras, máquinas para hacer ejercicios y muchas personas van a caminar, correr, si volteas hacia un lado la playa y el cielo te acompañan muy de cerca en tu entrenamiento, es muy satisfactorio estar alli.

Hello friends from Full Sports ❤️ today I spend over here again in other of our training days without light, which prevents us from doing our daily activities normally, at this opportunity we could not go training in the gym because the light had gone from 6:00 pm, so we are heading to the monument, a well known place in my city, located in the perimeter avenue, it is very broad and there are many bars, machines to do exercises and many people go for a walk, run near the sky

Estaba un poco aburrida en casa cuando mi novio me llama y me hace la invitación, no dude en decirle que si porque quería ejercitarme asi fuera un poco de cardio, así que nos fuimos para allá. El realizó algunas barras, y yo me puse a trotar cerca de él, trote alrededor de 30 min, con descansos en ciertos momentos, y cuando íbamos a dirigirnos a otra zona para continuar ejercitando pero con otras maquinas se fue la luz también en esta zona 😅.

I was a little bored at home when my boyfriend calls me and makes the invitation, feel free to tell him yes because he wanted to exercise me like this was a little cardio, so we went there. He made some bars, and I started jogging near him, jog around 30 min, with breaks at certain times, and when we were going to head to another area to continue exercising but with other machines the light was also gone in this area.

Así que rápidamente nos fuimos pq nos dió miedo lo oscuro que estaba, y como todo estaba bastante solo nos sentimos inseguros, lo importante es que por lo menos logramos hacer un poco de ejercicio y no perdimos el día. Pero está situación de la electricidad está bastante crítica. Esperemos que pronto se solucione para seguir con nuestra rutina diaria. Saludos amigos y bendiciones.

So we quickly left because we were afraid of how dark it was, and since everything was quite we only feel insecure, the important thing is that at least we managed to do a little exercise and we did not lose the day.
