Es para mi un placer en este nuevo año 2023 participar en el concurso comunitario #115 de la comunidad, agradezco a @joanstewart por las preguntas de esta semana.

1️⃣ ¿Qué planes de estilo de vida has hecho para 2023? ¿Vas a visitar a amigos y familiares con más frecuencia? En los últimos años de no ver a sus seres queridos, ¿ha cambiado su actitud para enfrentar el futuro visitándose y cuidándose unos a otros como se hacía anteriormente, estando al lado de aquellos que requieren ayuda, los jóvenes que necesitan desesperadamente familias extendidas, reuniéndose para fomentar las inmunidades naturales, o cualquier cosa que la vida nos presente?
What lifestyle plans have you made for 2023? Are you going to visit friends and family more often? In the past few years of not seeing your loved ones, have you changed your attitude toward facing the future by visiting and caring for each other as you once did, standing by those who need help, young people who desperately need extended families, coming together to foster natural immunities, or whatever life throws our way?
Visitar a la familia y amigos es algo que he ido cultivando desde que la cuarentena se acabó, creo que muchos pasamos tiempos encerrados sin poder ver a la familia, además de que algunos se han ido fuera del país y tenemos años sin poder verlos personalmente, aunque las distancias se han acortado gracias a los celulares, pero nunca será igual a un abrazo 🤗 personalmente.
Realmente no tengo muchos familiares, los pocos que me quedan algunos viven cerca de casa y los visitó con frecuencia al menos una vez al mes a mis primas y a una tía la veo cada quince días, me encanta ir y hablar con ellas, sentarme por largo rato a conversar de todo un poco, antes vivía al lado de mis primas y nos podíamos ver más seguido, pero ahora no tanto como antes.
También tengo un tío que sufre de Alzheimer y lo visito almenos 1 vez a la semana, aunque el no sabe quien soy yo porque no se recuerda de mi, yo si se quién es él y me gusta saber que está bien, él era hermano de mi madre y me da mucha tristeza verlo tan solo en su mundo, trato de ir cada vez que puedo algunas veces hasta dos veces a la semana, trato de sacarle conversación pero tampoco habla mucho y cuando logró que hable a los 5 minutos me vuelve a preguntar lo mismo, es triste ver a nuestros seres queridos así.
Así que siempre quiero estar pendiente de las personas que me importan, visitarlos, escucharlos y si puedo de alguna manera ayudarlos.
Visiting family and friends is something I have been cultivating since the quarantine is over, I think many of us spend times locked up without being able to see the family, plus some have gone out of the country and we have years without being able to see them personally, although the distances have been shortened thanks to cell phones, but it will never be equal to a hug 🤗 personally.
I don't really have many relatives, the few that I have left some live close to home and I visit them frequently at least once a month my cousins and an aunt I see every fortnight, I love to go and talk to them, sit for a long time to talk about everything a little, before I lived next to my cousins and we could see each other more often, but now not as much as before.
I also have an uncle who suffers from Alzheimer's and I visit him at least once a week, although he does not know who I am because he does not remember me, I do know who he is and I like to know that he is well, he was my mother's brother and it makes me very sad to see him so alone in his world, I try to go every time I can sometimes even twice a week, I try to get him to talk but he does not talk much and when he does talk after 5 minutes he asks me the same questions again, it is sad to see our loved ones like that.
So I always want to be aware of the people I care about, visit them, listen to them and if I can somehow help them.
2️⃣ Con la inflación golpeando a la mayoría de los países, ¿qué planes ha hecho para mantenerse dentro de los presupuestos? ¿Está armado con información antes de hacer sus compras de comestibles, pagar facturas de seguros y facturas de servicios públicos? With Inflation hitting most countries, what plans have you made to keep within budgets? Are you armed with information before doing your grocery shopping, paying insurance bills, and utility bills? En Venezuela tenemos ya varios años pasando por una gran inflación, ya estamos viviendo en Hiperinflación, así que poco a poco hemos aprendido y no de la mejor manera de ajustar nuestros presupuestos y acortar gastos no necesarios.
Una de las cosas que yo hago es ahorrar en divisas, ya que nuestra moneda es fluctuante, nada mejor que ahorrar no en bolívares, sino en dólares, esto lo he logrado también gracias a #Hive con las recompensas que luego puedo cambiarlas.
También es necesario deshacerse de gastos innecesarios o gastos hormigas, esto es algo que aprendí hace unos años, y realmente el dinero ha logrado rendirme luego de esto, "Si no lo necesito, no es urgente, ni importante no lo compro".
El dinero que entra más que todo es utilizado en la alimentación, y pagos de servicios, lo restante se va guardando para gastos que surgen de imprevistos, de vez en cuando para alguna salida, lo importante es ahorrar lo más que se pueda.

Hola @yolimarag que bueno que puedas visitar a tus familiares, el Alzheimer una enfermedad terrible, pero aunque lo olviden darle amor siempre es fundamental me alegra que seas tan unida con tu familia.
Si sacamos lo positivo de la mala situación económica de Venezuela es que aprendimos a economizar y ser creativos a la hora de tener un presupuesto.
Que bueno que tengas a tu familia cerca y que puedas compartir siempre con ellas y te felicito por lo de tu tío, que como dices el hecho que él no te recuerde producto de su enfermedad, tu si lo recuerdas, mi papá Hugo lleva 6 años desaparecido a causa de esa enfermedad, además que se le escapó a mi hermano y desde ese día no supimos más nada de él.
Y como dices ahorrar en dólares es lo.mejor, aunque aquí te los ganas a la Laza del BCV y quieren venderlo al paralelo. Esperemos que con el favor de Dios vengan tiempos mejores 🙏🏼🤗😇
