Hola querida comunidad de Holos&Lotus el día de Hoy, primero quiero presentarme, mi nombre es Yesika y es un placer para mí poder compartir con ustedes un poco de mi experiencia y vivencias en lo que a la amistad se refiere, y el bienestar que sin duda genera a nuestras vidas y lo importante de alimentar nuestra alma y los amigos son fundamentales para ello. Quiero compartir con ustedes un poco de lo que significa la amistad para mí, y se que probablemente muchos se van a sentir identificados, ya que somos muchos que nos sentimos afortunados de poder contar con esas personas especiales a las que con un corazón completamente genuino podemos llamar y sentir como verdaderos amigos.

Hello dear, introducing the Holos&Lotus community today, first I introduce myself, my name is Yesika and it is a pleasure for me to be able to share with you a little of my experience and experiences in regards to friendship, and the well-being that without a doubt generates our lives and the important thing is to feed our soul and friends are fundamental to this. I want to share with you a little of what friendship means to me, and I know that many of you will probably identify with it, since there are many of us who feel lucky to be able to count on those special people whom, with a completely genuine heart, we can call and feel like real friends.

En mi caso, la amistad es uno de los mayores regalo con los que cuento, y digo regalo, porque eso es lo que significa para mí. Un regalo de esos que no esperas, que no sabes que vas a recibir, pero cuando lo recibes y te das cuenta del valor tan inmenso que tiene, empiezas a cuidar de el, a mantenerlo a salvo, a valorarlo y sobre todo a sentirte agradecido por tenerlo en tu vida.

Soy de las que cree fielmente que la amistad es uno de los tesoros más valiosos que un ser humano puede tener, aunque suene a frase de cajón, pero los amigos son esas personitas que te pueden hacer ver, vivir y sentir la vida de una manera completamente diferente.

I am a girl with few friends, but the ones I have are the ones my soul needs. Yo salí premiada con mi grupo de amigas del alma, que hoy día ya considero mis hermanas, esas con las que puedo contar en todo momento y ellas pueden contar conmigo, con las que puedo ser yo sin temor a ser juzgada o señalada y también estar abierta a recibir sus concejos, sus regaños, sus halagos y reconocimiento, ellas se han convertido en mi lugar seguro, dónde me siento amada completamente, dónde me siento resguarda, por eso la amistad la considero uno de los mayores privilegios en mi vida.

I was awarded with my group of soul friends, who today I consider my sisters, those whom I can count on at all times and they can count on me, with whom I can be me without fear of being judged or singled out and also be open to receiving their advice, their scolding, their praise and recognition, they have become my safe place, where I feel completely loved, where I feel protected, that is why I consider friendship one of the greatest privileges in my life.

Si amigos, la amistad sin duda alguna creo que es necesaria en la vida de todos, tener buenos y verdaderos amigos es posible, y yo sé que quizás muchos piensan que están mejor solos, y que tener amigos es correr el riesgos de ser traicionado, utilizado y abandonado tal ves, pero hay riesgos en la vida que vale la pena correr, si lo que deseas encontrar es una buena amistad. Una amistad de esas que te hacen crecer, que te hacen disfrutar de los pequeños detalles, que te permiten ver la vida con otros ojos, atrévete a correr ese riesgo, pero recuerda que para conseguir un buen amigo, tu debes serlo también.

Yes, friends, without a doubt, I believe friendship is necessary in everyone's life, having good and true friends is possible, and I know that perhaps many think that they are better off alone, and that having friends means running the risk of being betrayed, used and abandoned perhaps, but there are risks in life that are worth taking, if what you want to find is a good friendship. A friendship of those that make you grow, that makes you enjoy the small details, that allows you to see life with different eyes, dare to take that risk, but remember that to get a good friend, you must be one too.
