Finalmente pude llegar a tiempo para el concurso de esta semana, fue un gran descanso para mi y ha sido difícil volver al concurso, pero estoy muy feliz con mi collage de esta semana al que nombré las Hijas de Poseidon, al ver el canal vacío lo primero que pensé fue en devolver las aguas y con ellas las sirenas más curiosas, les mostraré un poco del proceso de creación de este collage, espero sea de su agrado.

Finally I could arrive on time for this week's contest, it was a big break for me and it has been hard to get back to the contest, but I am very happy with my collage this week which I named the Daughters of Poseidon, when I saw the empty channel the first thing I thought was to bring back the waters and with them the most curious mermaids, I will show you a little of the process of creating this collage, I hope you like it.

Estoy un poco fuera de práctica de collages como mencioné y las ideas algo fugaces, pero les comento para comenzar este collage primero comencé buscando imágenes de ríos o corrientes de agua, fue así como me tope con una bonita foto de la galería, que era perfecta para esta ocasión, recorte el espacio de agua y los adapte al espacio del canal en la plantilla.

Luego coloque un pequeño barco pesquero y sobre el comencé a colocar a las sirenas, distribuyendolas alrededor del bote.como si de una pequeña reunión se tratara.

Luego pensé en colocar un mago interactuando con ellas pero finalmente lo termine descartando, la sola idea de tener a las sirenas reunidas me pareció suficiente, creo que en la mayoría de películas y series estas criaturas se encuentran en grupos y es como suelen embaucar a los marineros que se encuentran a su paso, como lo que posiblemente le sucedió al propietario de este barco.

I'm a little out of collage practice as I mentioned and the ideas somewhat fleeting, but I tell you to start this collage first I started looking for images of rivers or streams of water, that's how I came across a nice picture of the gallery, which was perfect for this occasion, cut out the space of water and adapt them to the space of the channel in the template.

Then I placed a small fishing boat and on it I began to place the mermaids, distributing them around the boat, as if it were a small meeting.

Then I thought about placing a wizard interacting with them but finally I ended up discarding it, the idea of having the mermaids together seemed to me enough, I think that in most movies and series these creatures are found in groups and that's how they usually deceive the sailors who are in their path, as what possibly happened to the owner of this boat.

Me gusto tanto la composición que guarde una versión en png solamente con las sirenas, están muy bonitas luciendose bajo el sol, puedo imaginarlas ideando su próximo plan para adueñarse de otra embarcación y de todas las joyas a bordo, tan adorables y malvadas.

I liked the composition so much that I saved a png version with just the mermaids, they look so pretty showing off in the sun, I can imagine them devising their next plan to take over another boat and all the jewels on board, so adorable and wicked.

En fin, eso ha sido todo, fue relativamente sencillo, pero muy gratificante para mi completar el collage y haber vuelto al concurso, espero que también haya sido de su agrado, a continuación las imágenes usadas para este collage, gracias a todos por sus aportes.
