| Sometimes it happens that you go to the forest for honey mushrooms, come there, find them and realize that you are a week late. Because the honey mushrooms you found are old. Old mushrooms are no longer suitable for marinating. But if the honey mushrooms are not as old as the ones in my photos, you can still put it in your basket, and then you can dry it at home and then use it to make various mushroom dishes, such as various soups or dumplings with mushrooms and potatoes 😊. The main thing is that the mushrooms did not have a white plaque, ie mold. Such mushrooms can already be harmful. | Інколи буває так, що ти ідеш в ліс по опеньки, приходиш туди, знаходиш їх і розумієш, що ти на тиждень запізнився. Бо опеньки, які ти знайшов, вже старі. Старі гриби вже не годяться для того, щоб їх маринувати. Але якщо опеньки ще не надто старі, як ті, що зображені на моїх фото, то їх ще можна покласти до свого кошика, а потім вдома їх можна засушити і використовувати потім для приготування різних грибних страв, таких як різноманітні супи або вареники з грибами та картоплею 😊. I went out today and saw similar honey mushrooms. Either all decayed and too old, or some very small ones starting to pop out of the ground/base of tree trunks.
Oh, it's really frustrating when you see such mushroom wealth and can't use it
