ㅤSaludos a todos y todas de SWC. Les comparto una rutina en casa dónde realizaremos algunos estáticos básicos y avanzados. Espero les guste y tomen sus medidas para su ejecución.

ㅤㅤLes estaré dejando una lista de los ejercicios con sus repeticiones y video. Si desean aumentar el nivel pueden agregarle más tiempo en la parada de mano con repeticiones. 😎🔥
