ㅤㅤSaludos a todos y todas de SWC. El día de hoy tengo el agrado de compartirles una rutina realizada en casa de dominadas. Está vez aplicamos el ingenio y motivación de un atleta, en mi caso utilizo el mural de mi puerta o ventana para utilizarlo tipo dominada. La verdad que aporta mayor fuerza y resistencia en los antebrazos por el hecho que estamos trabajando más con los dedos que con la palma de la mano para un agarre falso o prono completo. Me pareció muy increíble esta manera de entrenar y tuve el honor de compartirlas con ustedes para que disfruten y se motiven a intentarlo.💪😎

ㅤㅤEstaremos realizando una serie de dominadas con pausas para ir tomando fuerza de agarre en los antebrazos y adicional dándole enfoque a la espalda. Además cada ejercicio varía por el modo que desempeño ya que realizo también una serie de circuito dónde iremos descendiendo en repeticiones. Así que espero esten preparados y darle con todo al set. 😎🔥
