Baptism in water of my godson Gabriel.[Eng-Spa]

Greetings dear friends.
I am pleased to share with you the joy of having baptized my friend's son. I tell you that the day she told me that I would be her baby's godmother I was very excited because she is very special to me and her children are like my nephews.
Days before the baby turned one month old, his parents made us a nice formal invitation to be the child's godparents, to which I would say yes a thousand times. Then the day of the baptism arrived and the godparents met at my friend's house, we shared a coffee with cookies and before 6 we went to the baby's room to give him the blessing accompanied by prayers.
and at the end we shared a delicious cake and took photos with the godparents and their parents. For me it was a very nice day and I felt super proud to be the godmother of my great friend's son.

Me complace compartir con ustedes la alegría de haber bautizado al hijo de mi amiga. Les cuento que el día que me dijo que yo sería la madrina de su bebé me emocioné mucho porque ella es muy especial para mí y sus hijos son como mis sobrinos.
Días antes de que el bebé cumpliera un mes, sus padres nos hicieron una linda invitación formal para ser los padrinos del niño, a la que yo diría que sí mil veces. Luego llegó el día del bautismo y los padrinos se reunieron en casa de mi amiga, compartimos un café con galletas y antes de las 6 pasamos al cuarto del bebé para darle la bendición acompañado de los rezos.
y al final compartimos una rica torta y nos tomamos fotos con los padrinos y sus padres. Para mí fue un día muy lindo y me sentí súper orgullosa de ser la madrina del hijo de mi gran amiga.
