DROP SET DE RESISTENCIA AL FALLO [ESP|ENG]
Saludos amigos de Street Workout Community en este post les enseñaré tres ejercicios de mi rutina de esta noche. Este Drop sirve para mejorar la resistencia y prolongar la fuerza antes del fallo muscular. Y está compuesto por 3 ejércitos:
- Dominadas
- Flexiones
- Fondos
Mayormente, suelo usar lastre para estos ejercicios, pero siento una pequeña molestia en el hombro desde ayer, así que es mejor prevenir que lamentar. Cada serie de estos ejercicios se hace hasta que el músculo sienta el fallo, y los intervalos de tiempo de descanso serían de 10 segundos por serie.
¡Son series demasiado explosivas! Es recomendable hacerla con compañeros porque se sufre menos.

- Pull-ups
Mostly, I usually use weights for these exercises, but I feel a little discomfort in my shoulder since yesterday, so it's better to be safe than sorry. Each set of these exercises is done until the muscle feels failure, and rest time intervals would be 10 seconds per set.
They are too explosive series! It is advisable to do it with partners because you suffer less.
