People in rural areas raise ducks not for sale, but for their own consumption. They raise ducks only fed twice a day, morning and evening, during the day the ducks are released freely to find their own food.
These ducks are not only consumed by themselves but also served during hajatan khanduri events, khanduri Maulid Nabi and others. In addition to meat, ducks have many economic uses, eggs, and also their droppings as organic fertilizer.
