Recuerda que en ese momento estaba nerviosa, había quedado en primer lugar entre los graduandos y me tocaba hablar el día de la entrega de medallas y reconocimientos, realmente me sentía asustada, no sabía que hacer o decir porque ese tipo de eventos no soy tan expresiva, sin embargo, mamá estuvo ahí, me ayudo a calmarme, me decía que ella no podía darme consejo de cómo hablar y comportarme ya que ella no había pasado por ello, pero que a pesar de todo sabía que había que relajarme, respirar profundo y recordar que solo hay que expresar lo mejor que se pueda desde el fondo del corazón.

Los miedos son inevitables, sobre todo cuando te toca hablar delante de muchas personas, es un momento para que los nervios te atacan y a pesar de ello hay que continuar, levantar la cara y mirar de frente, aunque el miedo te carcoma hay que mostrar la mejor cara, dejar que todo fluya y salga como debe ser, que igual como saliera ella se sentiría orgullosa de mi porque cumplí un sueño que quizás ella no pudo en su momento, pero le alegraba que al menos yo lo consiguiera y pudiera avanzar en la vida con más fuerza siendo la base para conseguir otras metas que tuviera en mente, la relación que tuve ahí con ella me marco mucho ya que fue no solo mi mamá, sino mi amiga y consejera.

De mi madre he aprendido muchas cosas, pero indirectamente diría que el saber guardar silencio en el momento en que las cosas se salen de control, es la mejor arma para no salirse de las casillas ni perder la compostura aunado a que no hay excusa para negarse a salir adelante así no hayas estudiado, todo se puede con dedicación y esfuerzo, ella solo pudo estudiar hasta bachillerato, una carrera como tal no ejecuto, pero no se quedó ahí, hizo cursos, trabajo como secretaria al menos sabiendo lo básico, también cuando le toco quedarse en la casa con nosotras sus hijas, aprendió hacer dulces, la veía como se inspiraba haciendo que si marquesa de parchita, trufas, ponqués, una variedad de dulces que le permitía no solo entretenerse si no también hacer algo para vender y ganarse sus propio dinero.

El que quiere persevera, no tendrás una educación completa pero no es excusa para no avanzar en la vida y sentirte complacida contigo mismo.
