Greetings @theanimerealm community, today I want to share with you one of the few horror anime that I have seen, since this type of genre is not one of my favorites, even so this story was so interesting that I could not help but watch it, I hope you also encourage you to give it a chance to see it, if you have not yet done so.
Mieruko-chan (見える子ちゃん)…
Released for the year 2021, under the direction of Yuki Ogawa and Takahiro Majima and Passione studio, it is a comedy genre of horror and supernatural. The anime only had 12 episodes and unfortunately a second season has not yet been announced, while the manga is still being broadcasted.
As for the plot…
Mieruko is a high school student, with a normal life, a family that loves her and a friend who appreciates her, however, one day she suddenly begins to see some grotesque beings, wrapped in black shadows, spirits in monstrous forms that did not generate any pleasant sensation, so, even with the fear present, she decides to ignore them and try to lead a life as quiet as she could.
Why she can see them is a fact that she does not know, however, ignoring these beings will not be an easy task, especially when they try to harm her loved ones. Throughout the story, she will be presented with various events that will test her, in some she will realize that appearances can be deceiving and that her abilities can also help others, as long as she is careful with her actions.
Personal opinion
To tell the truth, I didn't have high expectations when watching this anime, but it becomes entertaining as the story progresses, although I must criticize the unnecessary ecchi scenes, they take away a lot of weight from the deep and mysterious plot that begins to become and, what I remember from the manga, it didn't have such elevated tones as the anime version.
In general, we see a story where the protagonist adapts to the supernatural situations that are presented to her, trying at the same time not to fall into an emotional breakdown, because it must not be easy to see those horrendous things. And so, as everything progresses, we are introduced to other characters and their past, which I loved in a way, because we are not only given the story of a scared protagonist and already, but we delve into others to climb with her, who even with her fears goes into the unknown, more to help others.
I feel that the series mixes very well those elements that are perceived from reality itself, in contrast with those of the beyond, you make those comparisons well done, in my opinion, plus it plays with the emotions of the public very well, because at a moment the situation can become frightening, when it completely changes the picture that is estimated. As for the aesthetics in general, it is not an animation of the other, but there are details that make you identify it from one.
Positive points…
-A story that brings with it several elements that make it interesting, among them, not only the comedy and horror, but it wraps you in suspense and emotions so sensitive that it makes it versatile.
-Although the animation is not the best, it plays very well with the subject matter.
Negative points…
-The unnecessary ecchi scenes detract from a story that has much more to exploit.

Mieruko-chan brings an interesting and attractive plot, if we remove what I already mentioned in the negative part and that, it is a protagonist who, despite his fear, seeks ways to overexpose it, so you can get to feel affection for it. If you like suspense, supernatural with a touch of comedy, do not hesitate to watch this anime.

Saludos comunidad de @theanimerealm, hoy les quiero compartir uno de los pocos de los animes de terror que he visto, ya que este tipo de genero no es de mis favoritos, aun así esta historia se me hizo tan interesante que no pude evitar de verla, espero también se animen en darle una oportunidad de verla, si aun no lo han hecho.
Mieruko-chan (見える子ちゃん)…
Estrenado para el año 2021, bajo la dirección de Yuki Ogawa y Takahiro Majima y del estudio Passione, es de genero comedia de terror y sobrenatural. El anime solo tuvo 12 episodios y aun no anuncian una segunda temporada lamentablemente, en cuanto el manga aun sigue en emisión.
En cuanto a la trama…
Mieruko es una estudiante de secundaria, con una vida normal, una familia que la quiere y una amiga que la aprecia, sin embargo, un día de repente comienza a ver unos seres grotesco, envueltos en sombras negras, espíritus en formas monstruosas que no generaban ninguna sensación agradable, por lo que, aun con el miedo presente, decide ignorarlos y tratar de llevar una vida lo más tranquila que pudiera.
El porqué los puede ver, es un hecho que desconoce, no obstante, el ignorar dichos seres no será una tarea fácil, más aún cuando los mismos traten de dañar a sus seres queridos. A lo largo de la historia, se le presentará diversos sucesos que la podrán a prueba, en algunos se dará cuenta que las apariencias engañan y que sus habilidades pueden también ayudar a otros, siempre y cuando, tenga prudencia con sus acciones.
Opinión personal
La verdad, no tenía grandes expectativas al momento de ver este anime, pero se vuelve entretenido a medida que avanza la historia, aunque si debo criticar duramente las escenas de ecchi innecesarias, le quitan un peso a toda la trama profunda y misteriosa que empieza a tornarse y, lo que me acuerdo del manga, no tenia esos tonos tan elevados a como lo plantea la versión animada.
En modo general, vemos una historia donde la protagonista se va adaptando a las situaciones sobrenaturales que se le va presentando, tratando a su vez de no caer en un quiebre emocional, pues no debe ser sencillo ver esas cosas horrendas. Y así, a medida que avanza todo, nos van introduciendo otros personajes y su pasado, lo cual me encanto de cierto modo, porque no solo nos dan la historia de una protagonista asustada y ya, sino que nos profundizan en otros para así escalar con ella, quien aun con sus temores se adentra a lo desconocido, más para ayudar a otros.
Siento que la serie mezcla muy bien esos elementos que se perciben de la realidad en sí, en contraste con los del más allá, haces esas comparaciones bien hechas, al mi parecer, aunado de que juega con las emociones del público muy bien, pues en un momento la situación puede tornarse aterradora, cuando cambia completamente el panorama que se estima. En cuanto a la estética en general, no es una animación del otro, pero hay detalles que hace que uno lo identifique de una.
Puntos positivos…
-Una historia que trae consigo varios elementos que la vuelven interesantes, entre ellos, no solo la comedia y el terror, te envuelven en suspensiones y emociones tan sensibles, que la hace versátil.
-Aunque la animación no es el mejor, juega muy bien con el tema planteado.
Puntos negativos…
-Las escenas de ecchi innecesarias, le restan punto a una historia que tiene por explotar mucho más.

Mieruko-chan trae un argumento interesante y atractivo, si quitamos lo que ya mencioné en la parte negativa y que, es un protagonista que, a pesar de su temor, busca la manera de sobreexponerse del mismo, por lo que pueden llegar a sentir cariño por la misma. Si te gusta el suspenso, lo sobrenatural con un toque de comedia, no dudes en ver este anime.

It's weird because it looks super harmless but then you see the horror part with the supernatural imagery and it grabs another color. I didn't know it honestly, it looks interesting. The ecchi images thing is nothing new, Japanese people are always looking for where to put them no matter the context, I would think it's part of their culture or idiosyncrasy or that they are just weird and that's it.
