Celebrando el cumpleaños de mi mamá [ENG/ESP]

Greetings community, Sunday was my mom's birthday, but for health reasons we didn't do anything big for her, because she doesn't even realize it's her birthday, for her the days are the same, she doesn't know about time; however, that didn't stop us from doing something on her day, so in the morning I prepared her a delicious breakfast, an arepa with tuna salad with mayonnaise, because the latter is an ingredient that we are giving her less, we gave her that taste, we made the exception.
For lunch, I bought a roast chicken that she loves, in addition to the chicken, the plate had french fries, bollitos (flour dough), bread, salad and guasacaca. She ended up devouring it and it was really noticeable that she liked it a lot, she even thanked us.
In the afternoon, a cousin arrives and writes us that she sent her to make a cake for my mom and that they were about to give it to us; at this point I was annoyed because knowing the situation that my mom is going through and that giving her a sweet upset her, she could not even ask us and in passing with arequipe cream. We can choose the option of not giving her and that is what we did instead, we gave her pan de jampón, which they also gave her, what bothers her is that they don't even ask and it's one thing for her to just look at the tortica and that's it.
I had bought her a small one, like a cake, just to pass her time and that's all, plus I didn't have a lot of candy, but what was done was done, so we told a cousin to come and sing her birthday, which the same cousin had invited herself. It's not that we don't want her to come, it's just that it's complicated sometimes for us alone, because my mom when she sees someone she hasn't seen for a long time, she goes into a depression and she hardly ever gets visited, so she somehow feels it and that makes me sad.
Even so, her birthday was sung to her and she enjoyed it as much as possible. I only ask God to give her health and more years with us, despite the difficulties we face, we will be there for her. If you have your mom, hold her tight, it is painful how they forget about you as time goes by.

Saludos comunidad, el domingo estuvo de cumpleaños mi mamá, pero por cuestiones de salud no le hicimos algo grande, pues ya ni siquiera se da cuenta que es su cumpleaños, para ella los días son los mismos día, no sabe del tiempo; no obstante, eso tampoco no nos detuvo de hacerle algo en su día, por lo que en la mañana le prepare un rico desayuno, una arepa con ensalada de atún con mayonesa, pues esta ultima es un ingrediente que menos le estamos dando, le dimos ese gusto, hicimos la excepción.
Para la hora del almuerzo, compré un pollo asado que le encanta, en el plato además de tener pollo, tenia papas fritas, bollitos (masa de harina), pan, ensalada y guasacaca. Ella se lo terminó devorando y de verdad se le notó que le gusto mucho, hasta nos agradeció.
En la tarde, llega una prima y nos escribe que le mando hacer una torta a mi mamá y que estaban por entregárnoslas; en este punto si me molestó porque sabiendo la situación que atraviesa mi mamá y que darle dulce la altera, pues ni siquiera nos pudo preguntar y de paso con crema de arequipe. Podemos optar por la opción de no darle y fue lo que hicimos en su lugar, le dimos pan de jampón, que también le regalaron, lo que causa molestia es que ni preguntan y da una cosa que ella solo se quede viendo la tortica y ya.
Yo le había comprado una pequeña, tipo ponqué, solo para pasar su rato y ya, además de que no tenia una cantidad de dulce tan elevada, bueno lo hecho, hecho estaba, así que le dijimos a una prima que viniera a que la cantáramos el cumpleaños, el cual la misma prima había autoinvitado. No es que no queremos que venga, es que es complicado a veces para nosotras solas, porque mi mamá cuando ve a alguien que dura mucho sin ver, entra en una depresión y es que casi no la visitan, por lo que ella de algún modo lo siente y eso me pone triste.
Aún así, se le cantó su cumple y ella lo disfruto en lo que cabe. Solo le pido a Dios que le da salud y más años con nosotras, a pesar de las dificultades que enfrentamos, ahí estaremos para ella. Si tienen a su mamá, abrásenla fuerte, es doloroso como van olvidándose de uno con el tiempo.
