Hola amigos espero estén muy bien hoy en jueves de recuerdos quiero recordar y compartir mí experiencia de 2021- 2022 fue exactamente un año que estuve trabajando a dos horas de mi ciudad o a veces eran tres horas de camino iba a depender de la finca en que me asignaran. Mi empleo en ese tiempo se ubicaba en los límites del estado Yaracuy con los límites del estado Falcón. En incluso podía estar hasta en los límites geográficos de esos dos estados con el estado Lara. En estás zonas pernoctaba con estadías de 21 días y hasta 55 días eran lejísimos. El pueblo más cercano es Aroa yo estaba más o menos a una hora de ese pueblo y otras veces a dos horas de camino.Al principio fue muy difícil para mí adaptadarme era la primera vez que por trabajo pasaba tantos días fuera de casa. A los 3 meses comenzó un poco mí adaptación pero siempre con la idea de renunciar a ese empleo de supervisor de operaciones jeje.

Mi primera anécdota fue al tener como un par de días en la finca se me asigno supervisar una movilización de animales de una finca a otra yo estaba súper nueva allí y bueno para ese día eran como tres movilizaciones, cuando íbamos en la segunda movilización paso que la compuerta de uno de los remolques de la gandola se partio no nos dimos cuenta sino hasta que unos niños gritaban los toros tienen la cabeza afuera; cuando nos estacionados efectivamente y de paso se habían salido 3 toretes de los cuales lamentablemente uno fue masacrado por los cauchos cuando cayo, eso fue super traumático para mí e incluso aún ví que está la foto pero no me atreví a subirla acá. De paso que estaba nueva era la primera vez que me subía en una gandola.

Tengo muchos recuerdos buenos y no tan buenos de ese tiempo. Una de mis anécdotas y que corrió como polvara es que me caí en un caballo en una de las fincas recuerdo que ese día tenía que ir a uno de los potreros pero no tenía tractores disponibles en ese momento y bueno opté por ir a caballo entonces yo estaba agarrada de un tubo en el corral para subirme a uno de los caballos; pero el caballo estába un poco nervioso y se movió mientras yo intentaba subirme en ese momento caí pero no completamente al suelo porque estaba agarra al tubo aún y sentí que me doble la cintura estuve varios días con dolor entre la cintura y la cadera. Después de allí las veces que he subi a caballo fueron dos y porque no tenía más opciones.

I have many good and not so good memories of that time. One of my anecdotes and that ran like wildfire is that I fell on a horse in one of the farms I remember that day I had to go to one of the paddocks but there were no tractors available at that time and well I chose to go on horseback so I was holding on to a pipe in the corral to get on one of the horses; but the horse was a little nervous and moved while I was trying to get on, at that moment I fell but not completely to the ground because I was still holding on to the tube and I felt my waist buckle and I spent several days with pain between my waist and hip. After that the only times I have ridden twice and because I had no other options.

Otro de los recuerdos es que en los campos es normal que las personas coman carne de animales silvestres y bueno yo comí carne de venado en sopa y carne seca asada, probé la carne de caimán por otro lado conocí personas del estado Yaracuy, del Falcón hice algunas amistades que de vez en cuando hablamos, aprendí todo el manejo de una finca y amplíe los conocimientos en manejo de los bovinos.

Another memory is that in the countryside it is normal for people to eat wild animal meat and well I ate deer meat in soup and roasted dried meat, I tasted alligator meat on the other hand I met people from the state of Yaracuy, from Falcón I made some friendships that from time to time we talk, I learned all the management of a farm and I expanded my knowledge in cattle management.

Y que decir de la quebrada que comunicaba a la finca tantas veces crecía el nivel del agua por las lluvias recuerdo que en ese tiempo llovía mucho, muchas veces quedamos incomunicados hasta que bajara el nivel del agua y la misma comunidad reparara la carretera. Y las fallas eléctricas podían pasar 5 días sin electricidad. En la finca de Falcón también quedaba incomunicada por las lluvias por el lodo en las carreteras.

And what to say about the creek that connected the farm, so many times the water level rose because of the rains, I remember that at that time it rained a lot, many times we were cut off until the water level dropped and the community itself repaired the road. And the electrical failures we could go 5 days without electricity. The Falcón farm was also cut off by the rains because of the mud on the roads.

Otro momento que guardo en mis recuerdos era ver pasar las vacas de ordeño todos los días y a veces yo estaba en la sala de ordeño supervisando. Estas nobles vacas son extraordinarias cada una tenía su nombre y sus becerros también tenían nombre. Fue una buena experiencia en todos los ámbitos( profesional, como persona). Son muchos los momentos que recordar creo que podría escribir un libro jeje. Y yo con el cabello al natural sin plancha. 🤭🤪🥴

Another moment that I keep in my memories was to see the milking cows pass by every day and sometimes I was in the milking parlor supervising. These noble cows were extraordinary, each one had a name and their calves also had names. It was a good experience in all areas (professionally, as a person).
