什么季节吃什么菜，这是最好的养生之道！

夏天最好吃的蔬菜莫过于人见人爱的空心菜吧！这不… 我美妈又给我送来几样蔬菜，空心菜多，韭菜也是多，起码要吃一星期～

江西连日来的大暴雨，买菜的我已经三星期没买过叶子菜了… 其实也跟天气没多大关系，就是懒，如果必须要每天都得吃的，一样要买

然而，有我美妈种的这么多蔬菜根本不需要去另外买蔬菜了… 我美妈种的每个蔬菜都特好吃，讲真！空心菜特别嫩！我摘菜时，那个杆子都能听到悦耳清脆的声音了

这次的空心菜真的是多到有压力了😂😂 只是怕吃不完浪费了… 但这是我美妈满满地爱(⑉°з°)-♡ 结果还好都吃完了~ 😋
