Ocean female - Fanart
Holo there! How are you ? I've been a bit busy. Tonight, I wanted to do some fan art of several Healers, but I realized I don't have the ones from Ocean or the girl from the light, so I wanted to complete the PFP of each one of them and have the pairs together until there are more.
It's the second time I've done a fan art of this Healer, well not so much, since the first time was completely different, an alternative idea for the contest, you can see it here Ocean Healer.
This time it was a fan art, legally hahahah just to say so, since I tried to keep the same line of the character, without making too many or any changes in the design or essence of it. Some little things but always following the reference line. I wanted to add some texture to the drawing so I used the usual brush.
 For the start of this drawing, just a blotch which I was going to detail a bit later. |  After the previous step, I added some more details just to have a clearer idea. |

 Little by little, I was fixing a few more things, also improving some things on the face to have everything a bit better defined. I worked a bit on the hair. |  It was time to do something more with the eyes, I wanted to try making them a bit more realistic, although I had worked on the body, I still wanted it as a base to create the clothes. |

 I made a base for the clothes, which was a plain color, two colors one for the jacket and the other for the rest of the clothes, for now, I haven't leaned towards detailing things just to make the shape. |  With a couple of brush strokes, I did some details on the jacket, the rest of the blue color I placed it with overlay mode and it served as the base for this part since it added some volume. |

I finished the eyes, the little details in the hair, also the character's symbol, and some other lighting effects, color adjustments and so on, soooooooo that it would finally be ready.

The first one looks amazing, I think that character looks cooler, maybe because you you draw it in side view which I think is super hard to do. But whatever, I love both coz they look so pretty, and my favorite part on this new one is her eyes. It looks so real, omg! While on the first my favorite part is the hair, the nose and the lips. Seriously, the first art looks really amazing.
Oh yes+ I agree with your description and preferences. Faces in profile are cute but they are also complicated 🥵😆. I really liked the hair of that one too.
