Grum Flameblade - Splinterlands Social Media Challenge
Greetings my dear Hive community!!!
Hello my dear Hivers!!! πππ and warm greetings to all of you who are fans of the #Splinterlands game. I hope you are having a beautiful day or night.
I want to show you the drawing that I have created for the Splinterlands Social Media Challenge
I've been a little behind on things and haven't been able to see the new cards ;( I only saw a few and they look great. Are there orcs in the new packages? Tell me yes, show me, I want to see.

Grum is known throughout his tribe as the strongest warrior. Born in the Sands of Draykh-Nahka, his hard upbringing made him a survivor. There was no weather too extreme, no drought too long, and no enemy too cunning for Grum. He became well-respected within the region for his battle prowess and defended his tribe countless times against the creatures of the wastes. Tales were sung around the fires of Grum's battle with the Great Wyrm of the Sands, the Earth-Shaking Titan, and Velissa the Sorceress. Grum's tribe, known as the Desert Blood, honored tradition, strength, and courage. He grew to become a legend amongst his people.
One day, he felt the spirits of his ancestors calling to him. Going on a solitary journey into the wasteland, he connected with an ancient past. A ruin lay deep underneath the desert that housed powerful mana. That connection imbued him with magic, and he became able to summon fire on his great sword, making him more formidable than ever before.
I started this drawing in Corel and I haven't made any sketch, I was just giving shape to the idea I had, which was an orc. I haven't applied so many details yet but you can see a little bit of what it would be like.
As I progressed, detailing or defining was what I had to do, I didn't want to make a complete body so I didn't focus too much on the lower part, the orc's face had a little more character and there were already certain features that could be identified
Things changed a little although at first glance it seems not, in fact if there are certain things that changed a little and that is normal, it always happens. Making this drawing took me around 2:15 hours which is quite a bit for something like this since sometimes I get a little distracted.
This boy was quite grumpy, if he is an ally, I better not bother him hahah. Mainly I have focused a little more on detailing the face, some muscles also appeared, but it was not meant to stay like that hahah the truth is that that exaggerated it a little and I know that the orcs are quite big and muscular but I didn't want to do it so muscular, just a little bit nothing more :P
It didn't take long to finish this drawing, what I had forgotten was something that the original character had on his neck so I have placed it, in my opinion they are perhaps some fangs.
To finish I have made the color adjustments, I think I almost or practically always leave this for last , some particles, a subtle change in the background I hope you liked my new work and I'll see you tomorrow, my dear Hivers!
See you soon!!! π€π
