(Edited)
Hello, great warriors of Splinterlands, I hope you all are doing good and enjoying your day. Today I am again sharing my entry for the BATTLE MAGE SECRETS Weekly Challenge "RULESET: Ferocity
" contest offered by @splinterlands. You can also participate in this weekly challenge, to know more about how to participate in this challenge visit this link.
ABOUT Ferocity RULESET:
Ferocity
is a ruleset in Splinterlands battles in which all monsters have the Fury
ability.- Make sure to include a monster with Taunt ability in your lineup as they will take double damage from monsters with Fury ability.

Battle Ruleset:
There were three rulesets in this battle which were
Up to Eleven, Aim True, and Ferocity
. The allowed mana cap was 26
and three Splinter Summoners were inactive (Water, Earth, and Life) in this battle.Battle Summoner:
For this battle, I chose the Death Splinter. I have 2 summoners of the Death Splinter and in the Death Splinter summoners, I selected the
Zintar Mortalis
because it costs only 3 mana and also I have upgraded it to level 4. It is a beta edition Rare Death Splinter Summoner that costs 3 mana and has one debuff which is to reduce the melee attack of all melee attack monsters of the enemy team by -1. I have upgraded it to level 4 and most of the time I prefer to use it in my battles because it is easy for me to win battles with it. Currently, I have this summoner at level 4 and it works fine for me.
1. HAUNTED SPIRIT
In the first position of my lineup, I used
HAUNTED SPIRIT
which is a beta edition rare melee attack monster from the Death Splinter. It costs 5 mana, does -2 melee damage, and has Heal ability at level 1. I have upgraded it to level 4 in which its melee attack increases to -3 and also gains one more ability Reflection. I mostly use this Death Splinter monster in my battles because it is my favorite card that's why I use it in the first position whenever I am playing with the Death Splinter. I used it in this battle and in the first position because of its Healing
and Reflection
abilities.
2. SHADOWY PRESENCE:
In the second position, I used
SHADOWY PRESENCE
which is a reward edition an Epic no-attack monster from the Death Splinter. It is a no-attack monster that costs 1 mana and has no ability at level 1. I have upgraded it to level 3 in which it gains one ability Strengthen
which increases 1 life of all friendly monsters. I used it in the second position and in this battle because of its strength ability. Currently, I have this monster at level 3.
3. PHANTOM SOLDIER:
In the third position, I used
PHANTOM SOLDIER
which is also a reward edition Epic magic attack monster from the Death Splinter. It costs 8 mana, gives -2 magic damage, and has one ability Flying(Has an increased chance of evading Melee or Ranged attacks from Monsters who do not have the Flying ability) at level 1. I have upgraded it to level 3 in which its magic attack increases from 2 to 3 and also it gains the Silence(Reduces the Magic Attack of all enemy Monsters) ability. In this battle, I used it because of its high magic attack and Silence ability which will reduce the magic attack of the enemy team monsters by -1.
4. UNDEAD PRIEST:
In the fourth position, I used
UNDEAD PRIEST
which is a beta edition rare no-attack monster at level 1 from the death splinter. it costs 2 mana, does not attack, and has a Weaken ability at level 1. I have upgraded it to level 3 for a -1 magic attack. Here in this battle, I used it because of its -1 magic attack and Weaken
ability which will reduce the health of the enemy team monsters by -1. It works very well for me in battles.
5. UNDEAD ARCHER:
In the fifth position, I used
UNDEAD ARCHER
which is a promo edition rare range attack monster from the Death Splinter. It costs 2
mana, does a -1 range attack, and has Affliction
ability at level 1. I have upgraded it to level 3 in which its range attack increases to -2. I used it in the fifth position and in this battle because of its high-range attack and also its Affliction ability.
6. RAVENHOOD WARDEN:
In the last position, I used
RAVENHOOD WARDEN
which is a reward edition rare range attack monster from the Death Splinter. It costs 4
mana, does a -2 range attack, and has Protect
ability at level 1. I have upgraded it to level 3 in which its range attack increases to -2 from -1. I used it in the last position and in this battle because of its Protect
ability which will give +2 armor to all friendly monsters. This monster works very good for me in battles and most of the I time I include it in my lineup.
Battle Result:
You can see in the below screenshot that I have lost this battle and I didn't get any rewards for it.
Did your strategy work?
My strategies didn't work for me in this battle due to which I lost this battle.
